Kyrie Irving High School Highlights (St. Patrick’s Elizabeth, NJ)

In the Fall of 2008, young prodigy Kyrie Irving transferred to the prestigious St. Patrick’s High School in Elizabeth, NJ from Montclair Kimberly Academy. Irving transferred not only to team up with future High School All-Americans Dexter Strickland (UNC) & Michael Gilcrest (UK) but to also showcase his talents on a Nation Platform while competing against the best. You all know how the story turns out.

Irving trains his body in a variety of ways. He uses free weights (dumbbells and barbells) and bodyweight movements like parallel bar dips and chin-ups. He also relies on machines for certain exercises. He typically uses moderate weights in his strength-training sessions. (somewhere from the internet)
