Thanks for covering this KHS project.
First of all I would like to thank the Zee Business and Mr. Deepak Yadav who brought out the plight of allottee of Krishna Housing Scheme being developed by M/s Raheja Developers. We had almost lost faith in media too who were giving M/s Raheja Developers prize for being the best builder of north India and were giving space to them to how to complete project despite the covid conditions. But the fact is this builder despite collecting the money from the buyers for this affordable housing scheme has not completed even 10% of work on the said project. Whereas he was supposed to hand over the flat in mid - 2019.
Please cover Raheja Oma, Dharuhera. This project is delayed for more than 10 Year. Raheja Developer is big cheat, there is collusion between Builder, Haryana Govt and bank. Its shame that Raheja developer get best developer award..

Apart from 'Krishna Housing Scheme', another project called 'Raheja OMA (Dharuhera)' is also getting delayed. The booking of this project was started in 2013.
Exactly that is stalled project even no construction since 2016. In same vicinity parsvnath builder was on same Raheja footprints. But after so many cases they alloted plots rather flats within same project to their customer who opt for flat catg.
Not only Raheja Developer has cheated these project buyer.Raheja developer has cheated Raheja Oma , Dharuhera (Haryana) buyers also.
Yes, we booked a flat in Raheja OMA in 2012 and running around for a refund now.
Government of Haryana is frequently making amendments in affordable housing policy in favour of the builder's/developer which is creating the problems to the buyers and they are suffering.
Same state for Raheja Revanta. Pocession was in 2016 but we are in 2023 and still no sign of completion.
Raheja has taken all the money from buyers and then skipping the delivery since 2018. Every time the same reply " We will deliver the house at the end of next year". Don't know what year they're taking about.

जी बिजनेस को रहेजा डेवलपर्स कृष्णा हाउसिंग प्रोजेक्ट सोहना के मुद्दे को उठाने के लिए धन्यवाद प्रोजेक्ट में मैं राजेंद्र सिंह वर्ष 2014 दिसंबर से फसा हुआ हूं कुल प्रोजेक्ट की लागत का 90% का भुगतान रहेजा ले चुका है इसके जितने भी कार्यकर्ता अधिकारी कर्मचारी यह सब हर दूसरे चौथे महीने अपनी नौकरी बदल देते हैं प्रत्येक बार इसके कर्मचारियों को एक ही कहानी 1010 बार सुनानी पड़ती है यह तो खुद फ्रॉड धोखेबाज मक्कार एवं हरामि है कई बार क्यों ऑफिस में जाकर गाली गलौच हुई है परंतु इस हरामखोर को सिर्फ पैसे से प्रेम है इसको इसके मुंह पर भी गाली दो कभी कोई प्रभाव नहीं पड़ता पैसे बोली फोन करने के लिए तैयार नहीं है उसके जितने भी कर्मचारी हैं सब झूठ बोलने की मास्टर एवं उनमें किसी भी कर्मचारी को कोई भी अधिकार नहीं है
Raheja is launching a project on Dwarka Expressway now -plotted development under Deen Dayal plotted scheme and SCOs on Dwarka Expressway .I don’t understand How they are getting RERA approval for new projects . It is a collusion between developers and Haryana Gibernment

We booked two flats in Krishna Raheja in B2 tower in 2014 , we have taken loan from SBI bank Since then we are Paying EMI and almost 100 % amount have been given to Raheja , but when ever we are calling to Raheja they are saying it will deliver in next year , Its should have been deliver in 2019 but still only 10% construction, What Government are doing only Advertisement on PM Awas Yojana , government only giving benefit to the Businessman no one else. #PMAY .#PMO India
