i believe when you get to level 10/11 you can teleport to eltnen then fly close to the fire temple and use the shortcut to get in. then you should be able to find a firetemple key which you can find at that level as it is a quest item and that you could turn in for a quick 4 ish lvls i think, not sure exactly how it went but perhaps anyone here knows what I'm talking about and knows what to do

Forgot to mention that they are quite squishy and like to get focused right after sm. But to be honest I don't think it's a bad class for dredgion, you can stack 3 rangers/temp/cleric/chanter and have amazingly strong burst potential with lots of cc and easy target swapping.
