😱😱I still don't get it how the vehicle gets equipped with Cruise Control in after market when the company didn't give it in AX5 variant? because its a computerized & programmed internally by the company. Could anyone explain?

Cruise control cannot be activated it seems. No issue with the Airbags, but just that Mahindra service people are refusing to do so. I am also eagerly waiting for cruise control to be enabled so that I can get it installed.

The shop owner is the rudest and the most untrustworthy person is have ever come across ever!! I would pay twice the amount and get my work done from any where but him !! Being humble is a quality the shop owner does not posses. There are million other shops in Karol bagh who will treat you better and do better work than him.
Phoned Dalip to ask the price for cruise control installation, he hung up saying will call back. Still waiting 5 days now. Rude shop owner.
Boss ka dhanda bada ho gaya hai, so time to respond calls. Not sure why they share contat# when they dont have to share the information.
Pathetic service and I had an awful customer experience at Jai Auto Karol Bagh workshop. The technicians (just for the sake of it) are not aware of anything. Only a few guys know the stuff and they are being swapped form one car to the other. Chamunda, Sonu, and Dilip, all three just know to rake in cash from customers. If you will complain they will say "inki gaadi pack kar do, nahi karna hai". Meaning - they will only work for customers if they keep their mouth shut and just pay what these guys ask. They work on more than 10 cars every day which they are unable to manage at all -- 0% management, 100% money rake in. They don't care about your new car, and you will 100% end up getting scratches on your car, an at least a few dents -- as more than 10-15 boys work on cars which are parked very close to each other in a parking nearby. The parking is also full of dust, and you will have to get your car dry cleaned afterwards. Overall, pathetic experience. Pls never visit this accessories shop. The positive reviews from customer are 100% fake.
