- Rosalee asks Monroe why he didn't tell them about the Wesen Council, and Nick and Hank try to take them down.
From Grimm Season 2 Episode 14 'Natural Born Wesen' - Three Wesen are committing robberies using their Wesen appearances as masks. Nick's police team are on the case, as well as the Wesen Council, who see it as this is a blatant violation of the centuries-old Schwaben code.

It's ironic because the robbers wanted to encouraging woging, but instead became the message to all Wessens of what happen when you undermine the rules.
Which ended with the whole Council of Wesen dead and a whole revolution to started, they forgot that rules are made by people, and when they not work anymore, they go to the trash, just like with the people that try to impose them
It’s not they wanted to encourage woging it’s that they thought they could do anything they want thanks to it
Those two robbers let their egos grow a little too big for their britches. When secrecy means safety, never undermine those willing to keep it.
That's the problem with some assholes, they start to think they're invincible. But it's so satisfying when they're made an example of. The harsher the better.
But the real question is what type of creature would you be and why?

I really hate how over confident the two robbers are. Cole saying that they are untouchable and how in the end he brags on that they will be out so soon. I so glad that they got what they deserve

I kind of wish Nick had been the one to kill them and put the fear of Grimms into wessen criminals rather than the council doing it
@@breezy3392 It demonstrated that while the Grimm are to be feared, the Council aren’t without their teeth. It’s as much a political statement that the Council can deal with its own problems without having to rely on outside help.

every generation probably has a resurgence of black claw. look at all the wessen who commit murders etc. surely all that would clue humans in and probably makes certain humans into hunters of wessen. they may not have grimm sight but they can figure out wessen from clues

The disorder and chaos made Hitler appear to be the hero trying to end it. Though they could have secretly or unknowingly been on the same team until he came to power.

Exactly. Even if they didn't get them on the bank robbery charges because of lack of proof SOMEHOW, attempted homicide of a police office would have gotten them 20 years in prison MINIMUM. The fact that anyone would think they could knowingly open fire on a cop and get away with it shows they are working with barely half a brain at best.

i feel so empty when i hear this soundtrack...it reminds me that this show is over
grimm is just awesome, i re watch it all the time, and when im finished i already want to watch it again, it never ends
same with lost for example, but grimm is something special, i wished they stretched the final episode a bit more, with more details etc.

Previously in the episode he is seen contacting the Counsil. That's why he is not surprised, he was one of the people to call the C and was just waiting for them to make a move, hence the idiots died, the council made sure the message was clear and the wesen community was no longer on the risk of being exposed

That would be against policy to say that. Apprehended yes, but not that they were being brought in right now. Plus why would he hold a press conference right next to the hallway? he was definitely playing middle man and setting up the assassin.
They literally found guns and money where you were hiding and you say the can't prove a thing plus you were shooting at them.

Those bank robbers remind me of people flying on methamphetamine. They feel invincible and nothing can stop them and they don't have to answer to anyone for their actions. Frankly, I'm surprised that the Wesen Council didn't go much further to make their point. It would have made other Wesen like those bank robbers seriously reconsider their actions if they knew that their families and loved ones would also be killed or severely mutilated for their transgressions... and anyone who helped them.
if they did that,the community would set against them.they need the community to work with them to minimize exposure.the community wouldn't call them in,if there was a chance their own family would get killed or tortured.
look at the Grimm bloodlines,there are very few grimms left.after their total destruction of wesen communities the wesen came together and systematically destroyed them. it doesn't matter how strong you are, if you make enough enemies you will eventually fall to their numbers.
@@nomadhakunamatata5793 I disagree. The Wesen Council was not designed to manage things on the local level and rely on the Wesen to police themselves. If the local Wesen let things get so far out of hand that that the Council had to be called in because of imminent exposure of the Wesen to the rest of humanity, then that meant the local Wesen were being grossly negligent in doing that one thing that was sacrosanct. Calling the Wesen Council is, and was always meant to be, the nuclear option.
Wesen are in my opinion, very fragmented. They are divided by different species who don't get along more often than not. Many prey on other weaker forms of Wesen and others have a lot of contempt for other Wesen. But whatever their differences, they are supposed to be united in keeping the rest of humanity from knowing they exist because they know exposure would likely result in genocide.
Killing the families of the criminals by the Wesen Council would be for three reasons: To push home to the local Wesen that they all have a responsibility to actively take care of these kinds of problems before they get out of hand and have to involve the Council. Secondly, so the families of these criminals will not try to protect them and actively work on hunting them down to be killed because of the consequences to them if they don't. And finally, the criminals themselves, at lest those that care about their families, would know that the hand of every Wesen would be turned against them and their families would be killed because of their actions... which would make many think twice before risking exposure.
Kill their family too? That's just evil, no matter who's doing it or why.
