Sir..like to see video on dust layer explosion... please make one video on it....and as I said like to see video on fire blanket...what are the hazards..what are the precautions..how to dispose..how to handle and how to store.. please 👍
Dear Sir, We have EOT crane capacity of SWL 15 Ton and it's wire rope diameter is 18mm so please tell me how we will find the SWL of this please let me know.
I have a dought that when we have to calculate the SWL for wire rope sling in inch then the formula is D2x8. So I want to know from you that D means (Dia) but from 8 from where it's comes. Please explain in more details. I hope you understand my point.
@@saifsiddique1213 8 is not a wire number or based on wire rope construction. It is just safety factor number given to multiply with the wire rope dia and belived to be almost near to the WLL of the wire rope. It is a not a specific value. And it varies based on the wire rope construction and material grade. For any lifts , either general or critical.. make sure the rigging accessories are suitable and sufficient with respect to the load.
SWL (kg) = D2(mm) x 8 For example: Rope dia (D) = 12 mm SWL (kg) = D2 (mm) x 8 = D (mm) x D (mm) x 8 = 12 x 12 x 8 = 1152 kg SWL (t) = 1.15 tonnes The above equation can be reversed to calculate the diameter (D) in millimetres of FSWR needed to lift a given load.

What is 12.4 and 8 ? Why using the value to multiply?
Formula for mm D2/80 if your sling dia is 12mm so 12×12=144/80=1.8 ton
Very very nice explain
Thanks and welcome
Nice vedio ...love you

Thankyou somuch brother
very good information of lifting wire rope

Very good 👍
Thank you 👍
Sir but other ways showing that if we want to calculate in mm also use 12×12×8..???
By which standard you are using this formula for mm
Thank you so much for your information

What is the 8 & 12.4 stands for ?
How did you get 12.4
🎉🎉
Weldone sir
What is 8 and 12.4 that you muptiply
Dear Sir,
We have EOT crane capacity of SWL 15 Ton and it's wire rope diameter is 18mm so please tell me how we will find the SWL of this please let me know.
Very nice
SWL= D means diameter
Can u explain the valu of 12.4.
Sir ye wire rope me jab mm me ya fir inch me load lete hain to 8 our 12.4 ka hi multyply kyu karte hain
Yeh formula barabar hai ki 1 miter ka wait uthata hai ya 8miter ka wire rop
12.4 kaise liya aapne
Why multiplication by 8 in inch & 12. 4 in mm, from where this number came.
Thanks sir g

Bro that is number of wire by using that Sling rope is made .

Sir where have you taken the reference for formulae by multiplying into 12.4 for mm .It's not available in net
Great❤
Thanks sir
Sir crane ki wire ka calculate ka formula keya hota haii
Where did the 8 come from
Thanks
7mm is dia 7×7×12.4=607.6kg but not right in load chart??
Great sir

Is This role for saudi aramco?
Answer is 12.7*12.7* 12.4= 1999.6
=2000 kg = 2 Ton
(1 inch is 25.4 mm
So .5 inch is 12.7 mm
12.4 is constant when we using mm as dimension )
I think if we have any sling in mm format then the swl will be d2 *12.8
सर 1/2इंच=12 mm लगभग है, तो दोनो फॉर्मूला से बराबर उत्तर होना चाहिए न? ऐसा नहीं है तो कोन सा फॉर्मूला सही होगा?
1/2 inch = 12.7 mm hota hai bhai calculate kro same aayega
25.4 aa raha hai, but 1 inch 25mm douth badte hi ja rahe hai
@@nileshamarghade1175 1 inch=25.4mm
nahi Bhai 1/2inch ka mtlb 12.7 hota... aur mm ko inch me convert krne ke liye agar ap 25.4 use krenge to exact ans ayega... formula bilkul sahi hai.
Please provide the standard details of this calculation and can we use this calculation on deferent core or construction. Plz reply.
No brother. It is general thumb of rule only.
The capacity varies based on grade and construction
DxDx8 and dxdx12.4 formula ko kaise siddh kare.
D2*8 kha se aya sir
18mm sling se 40ton uthate hai
Sir koi bi sling kitna mm ka h kese jane
Good❤
Thank you
What is 12.4 and how this can be known?.
Every swl for wire rope is 8d square.
Why you take 12.4
Elevator siling roop ka kaise nikale
SWL (kg) = D2(mm) x 8
For example: Rope dia (D) = 12 mm SWL (kg) = D2 (mm) x 8 = D (mm) x D (mm) x 8 = 12 x 12 x 8 = 1152 kg SWL (t) = 1.15 tonnes The above equation can be reversed to calculate the diameter (D) in millimetres of FSWR needed to lift a given load.
D2 multiply bye 12.4 hai
what is that 8?
Don't it changes for each wire material?
8 is what? Safety factor? Bolo bhai bolo..
