Just make it clear sir, as per my research on this case, there is not any stay on issuing joining letters. Whats your opinion on this ? Will joining letter come soon or it will take time ?
Yes, you are right, there is no written stay order. Nonetheless, the judge had only asked not to release the appointment letters till 25 July.
@@ThePeak1 Then why it is getting so much late. What is restricting DPI to release our joining letters ? As per the sources, they could release joining letters this week. What do you think sir ?

@@AradhySharma-ze7ws writ appeal 0819/2024 order dated 29 april 2024 said that decision by single bench on 29/02/2024 is carried on. As per the order in last 3 lines "the process of recruitment by Department of education will be under final judgement of court" So conclusion is Court never ordered not to continue the recruitment process.
