There's really no contest on the options, pick the first one
Wish 1: Be allowed to travel back and forth between your world and that one
Second wish: Keep all your abilities in either world
Third wish: Allow your companions to travel to and from their world to yours and back
Since the series takes place in a multiverse its only safe for me to assume you would be able to travel to them normally... It would just be more difficult to get to your world without the wish.

There is also the Blessed series, to oppose the Cursed series, but as I understand it, the Blessed series hasn’t really been as explored beyond the one Naofumi unlocks to oppose the shield of rage

Yes but we don’t know any of the other blessed series, even after the heroes over come their respective curses.
@@Alexzander1989 them "overcoming" their curse is just them burying it back inside of them like Naofumi did after he unlocked the cursed shield for the first time (when Raphtalia stopped him from fully going mad after his 1st fight against Motoyasu)

Being able to travel between worlds would be hella cool, but a lot would depend on how you left your home world and how much time has passed. If you have been dead & buried back home for months / years, what do you have to go back to?
These are always the questions people tend to gloss over. Remind’s me of Webtoon’s, “The Warrior Return”.

@@scuair8281 Naofumi's still one guy, he can't do everything all by himself until he went god mode at the end of the web novel and even that might be changed if the event even gets adapted into the LN. Also the reason the other weapons seems useless is because the three stooges had no idea what they were doing, in fact the spear hero was actually supposed to be the strongest in offense.

The curse series are basically the representation of the seven deadly sins
Wrath, Gluttony, Greed, Lust, Envy, Pride, Sloth
The light novel gives a more detail explanation
Naofumi uses Wrath -penalty- stats get lower after use & blood lose
Ren uses Gluttony and Greed -penalty- becomes (greedy)violent and assaulting and stripping people of their loot & (gluttony) makes him a psycho for EXP
Curse is that every item he touches decreases the value of it & more difficult for getting exp
Motoyasu has Envy & Lust
Gets a mental breakdown and sees every female as a literal pig except for filorials
He has a massive lust towards Filo and is envy every time Naofumi is near her
Itsuki - Pride
after being conducted experiments from Bitch, his bow makes people follow him like mindless zombies. He becomes more prideful and self-absorbed. -penalty- he loses all emotions and is not able to think for himself and agrees to any request is given

I was just reading the first volume of the light novel and was reminded that the slave trader had originally sought Naofumi to try and enslave him for a noble. This video just told me how fruitless of an effort that would've been now.
I would like to know the traveling companions of the heros.
I would want to travel back to the world I was summoned because if I brought someone with me to my world I would want to have that access so that I or they could go back and forth between worlds.
Hearing this makes it all the greater since Trash was too much of an idiot to know that the heroes he favored, Motoyasu especially, that the three weren't the first choice to be chosen; it was just out of desperation.
I didn't know that the three heroes were dead when they were summoned in contrast with Naofumi
He made a small mistake as there are two types of Weapon Heroes, the four Cardinal, and seven Vassal/Seven Star. Cardinal are only brought in via summoning rituals, while the Seven Star can both summoned people from other worlds or people of that world.
Of the three rewards it’s either the first or the last but only if I can travel between worlds at any given moment.

I would pick reward three. I'd be able to have my normal life but then return and have all the privileges of option two.
Also I'd really prefer the shield as my weapon I've always preferred a defensive strategy.

The shield should have a defense based attack like shield bash and shield strike. Historically shields were effective as weapons.
I am totally cool with more videos surrounding this universe! Yes the four heroes aka Ferdinand von Agnir and the three idiots aka Naofumi does all the work lol. I am sorry but that is all I think about everytime this series is brought up and my wish would be.....difficult. On the one hand, I could stay in that world and live a new life but on the other hand, family and friends are important so I would either request to come back someday or take a person back home with me. That is what I would do but damn it I thought we weren't going to have one where someone got sent there by Truck-kun lol. Seriously pushing someone off a cliff was not available or something? Anyway great job with this video!

If I had the victors choice the weapons give; it’d be a coin toss between returning home and being able to free move between the 2 worlds (my own and my summoned one). Although depending on some other circumstances and some other things of a negative nature would influence me to return home with anyone willing to join me.
Also I did not know about the weapons choosing process for their wielders; thus with this new knowledge that ‘Compensator’ Motoyasu, ‘Babyface Bowman’ Itsuki and ‘Edgelord’ Ren were 2nd or more choices makes me amused, while my awe for Naofumi reaches some new heights in contrast.
I'd pick reward #3, so that I could put my affairs in order, say goodbye to my loved ones, then return to the other world.

That is interesting that the cardinal weapons offers you that you can bring party members back to your original world that would be interesting for Naofumi, Raphtallia and Filo.

I'd choose to return to our world, but be able to come back whenever we want. Think of it this way, while we may lose our powers while in our world, the instant we go back, we'd probably regain them. Even if we didn't we'd have allies that would fight for us because we fought them in the past. Then if you think again, the world in shield hero is very different from our world fundamentally, so we can bring back tools we get from that world and maybe make a living selling things from that world in our world, and maybe even selling things from our world in theirs

In the novel, I had the impression it was a one of. Like you'd go back to resolve what you'd what to do, say your goodbyes and then, you're permanently in the other world.

Depending on the classifications and conditions for the third option I’d choose it. Especially, if it essentially allowed for a “playback” or rebirth from the past time line. You could essentially play it over and choose all the correct, necessary and fortune worthy path’s to give you a better end result. Especially if I was naofumi.
Knowing everything that would happen, he could essentially cut short a lot of issues/problems that occur right from the jump. Eg. killing bitch after the trial and destroy her soul. So not only the other heros don’t get corrupted by her. But, will also save a lot of innocent people that would’ve gone into slavery as either work or sex slaves or slaughtered simply because she felt like it. (P.s it would also save us readers a lot of frustrations as well).

I think my choice would depend on that third reward most of all. Does it allow me to go back and forth between the two at any time I choose? Or is it just like a round trip ticket; one time going one way and one time going back?

414Anime I know this is a long time ago, that you posted this video- but why do Spear/bow/sword heroes die when summoned?
Id take the 3rd reward i assume you can take companions back too and if not you can always comeback the 3rd pretty much has the other 2 rewards

This might be a bit late to ask, but how can the other three even go back if they died? Return to the point before they died, become zombies or what? Sorry if I misunderstood something.
I have a theory about the heroes not being able to party together:
Its because trash and bitch lied in order to separate them to ruin Naofumi from the start which is why no teamed with him also all the party members were picked in order to spy on said heroes otherwise why were they in the castle at all

I'd like to hear more depth about the Filolial empire.
I think the best option for the Hero ending is likely the second option: you stay in the isekai world as a hero. There is no guarantee with the first option that you weren't plucked from death and that going back doesn't mean facing the same fate. Worse, you may come back to the original world and find it lackluster in comparison to the world you left. Option three sounds good on paper, but I think it comes with the same caveats as the first option, with a bunch of unknowns factors added; for instance, if chose to come back to the isekai world, would be from the moment you left, or would time have passed? There is also the possibility that every knows you ditched their world for your original one; coming back to the isekai world paints the new world as the 'backup' or second place option.
Overall, option two sounds like the best one: you already a hero in that world, likely famous, rich, popular and well-established more than you would, (or could) achieve in your original world. Might as well stay. The only way I'd pick option three over option two would be to go home and say goodbye to the world I left, set affairs in order, and then come right back to the isekai world. Then option three becomes the best option.
Personally I’d rather go home since fame and fortune mean nothing if my family isn’t there
I'm a bit disappointed you didn't talk that there's the vassals, the seven stars weapons. (although, there are hint of an eight). (Also that's one of the difference between of the holy heroes and the vassals; like you said, sometimes the vassals fails to summon someone, but then, any native could go and and try being chosen, but holy are exclusively summons)
And I don't remember that it was said the weapon's spirits are from the same worlds as their summons.(up to where I am, book 18)

3.36 , the force Summons done by the Shield , Bow ,Sword ,& Spear ,while the selected candidates amongst the Locals of that world is done by the 7/8 Star Weapons that consist of the Staff ,Gauntlet , Projectile , Hammer, Axe , Claw ,Whip ,& last is the Carriage those it has permant owner as its own by Fitoria that why the Star weapons are called the 7 Star Weapons instead of the 8 Star Weapons ,,
