Before hearing of this drama I pretty much never listened to any rap or hip hop, being some eastern european rock and metal fan. I'm really glad cause the rap battle introduced to Kendrick's music which so far I've been finding pretty damn amazing, the Mr, Morale album is incredible. But all I'm gonna say is - after listening to the disses and watching reaction channels who broke down the lyrics and meanings and all - I am genuinely appalled that Drake seriously thought he stood any chance against Kdot, and the fact that Drake riders still somehow tried spinning that Drake was winning at ANY point in this battle... this is just proof of mass delusion existing 💀💀 I mean... Kdot perfectly summed it up - Drake's a scam artist with the hopes of being accepted. A shallow mf who can't fit in, glamouring being rich, famous, sexualising women... like, the message he sends out sounds like something 12 year olds say and find cool cause it's gangsta or sum 😭 How tf did that goober think he can go against Kendrick the goat???

Just know that only Drake's hardcore stans are saying he won. They can't admit defeat. Anyone with a brain and common sense could clearly tell he was waving the white flag on The Heart Pt. 6. They've been working overtime trying to find dirt on Kendrick. Meanwhile, Euphoria, Like That and Not Like Us are all in the top 3 on streaming services. I think even Meet the Grahams is doing better than Drake's song Family Matters. It's the only one of Drake's diss tracks that's charting. For some reason, Kendrick didn't put 6:16 in LA on streaming services. That would've been in the top 5 too. He's been breaking records.
My understanding is that the Al Green sample on 6:16 in LA didn’t get cleared and that’s why it’s not available for streaming. People keep on saying that one is getting slept on, but I think if it was available it’d be just as popular. It was a great song!
