Please try to get piercing blade. Try your absolute best to get piercing blade!! It is OP against almost every boss, and especially hoarder and circuit breaker, some challenging bosses. I can’t explain how good piercing blade is, it’s so good.

At the time of this video, Circuit Breaker was also relatively new (unlike your comment), so there weren't many chances they could get to actually fight the boss.
Well thats just skill issue... Though, it was still your first time seeing him so just practice a bit If you dont have a ranged just dodge the bullets and slash him from behind, he'll get a forcefield after that and do a special attack After that just repeat
my advice: get good (but seriously get more jump power, cavort berries specifically, helps you last longer becuz u have more room for dodging. one more thing is get healing items in case u get low
