Rachel struck me throughout the season as unstable and unwilling to settle for anything less than an on-screen engagement. The train wreck finale was inevitable, but the producers’ double spoilers about Tino’s indiscretion and Gabby’s engagement just capped one of the worst seasons ever.
@@kenziej4301 yes, to please producers and get ratings but healthy, reality. Rachel needs counseling and a lot of it. When Rachel was so bitter about being rejected by Colton. That is the biggest warning sign of poor self esteem and relationship addiction- the fear of rejection.
Gabby deserved better. The show devoted 1.5 hours to Rachel and her drama and gave Gabby almost no screen time in a 3-hour show. They didn't bother to address Erich's blackface controversy. Also, I am no Tino fan, but having Aven come out while he was still there was uncalled for.
Rachel kept shutting him down. He tried to talk but she wouldn’t hear his pov. Sounds like they had a hard time, she said she needs space and he got drunk and kissed a girl bc he’s insecure and didn’t know where he stood- she’s immature and needs a lot of experience before getting engaged. She’s annoying.
I don't like that they had Tino on there to give Rachel more time to bash him. Yes Tino effed up but to give Rachel more fuel to her bitterness on TV was something I didn't need to see. I hope Rachel can find her perfect man someday. But I feel she was on guard the whole time waiting for something to go wrong again and be like poor me! I'm sorry she had to go through it but it was not cool for Tino to be part of it after his stupid move. Let it go. Happy for Gabby and Erich!! I just hope they can sustain it. And thank you ladies for completing this ridiculous season!! If it wasn't for you, there'd be no fun in re-watching this season!! You da best!! I want to adopt you as my sisters!!
Thank you for saving me endless hours on this season of Bachelorette. I didn’t vibe with Gabby or Rachel enough to watch for myself. I just watched you two and you brought it home. I so enjoy the fact that you don’t do spoilers. See you in January, although I don’t know much about this ZachBach. You seem to like him, so we’ll see. Congratulations on the product placement.

I've gotta disagree with you about Rachel. Tino was treated horribly by Producers and by Rachel. Rachel comes off as insufferable. It sounds like she basically broke off the engagement and took off her ring and then expected him to be okay with that. He obviously wasn't. Then she gave him another chance and he went back to her and was honest about what happened in the interim. Also, regarding his family: they were reasonably skeptical of the show and were not impressed with Rachel based on what we were shown. Tino knows his family and knows he would have their support if he chose to be in a relationship with Rachel, so I think he was being honest when he told her they'd love her because he did. Throughout the show, Rachel was like a child stomping her feet when things didn't go exactly how she scripted them. She needs to grow up. With everyone fawning over her and her bad behavior, that isn't likely to happen.

A lot of people dragged Tino about "the kiss". And, OH! Clutch the pearls! He was seeing someone before going on the show! The way I figure it, Tino sends in his application to be on the show. He goes through auditions or whatever they put those guys through and finds out, YAY! You're on! So now, he gets a chance to put his pretty, pretty face on national TV. Who knows where it might lead? He no doubt viewed it as a game show/reality show/dating show, whatever. Not much to do with real life. He was one contestant out of about 30. He might not even make it past the first episode or two. Does Rachel, Jesse Palmer, or "the Bachelor Nation" really expect that he was some kind of monk before that? Also, yes, he kissed that other woman. One kiss. Giving him the benefit of the doubt here. Because remember that Rachel smashed with Aven just days after her overnight with Tino. (at least that's the story the editors put together for us.) Now, remember back just a little bit further. Wasn't that exactly the kind of thing that Rachel and Gabby were hating on Clayton for? Here's Rachel, telling THREE guys that she was "in love" or "falling in love" with them. Smashing with two of them. Sound familiar?

They bullied Tino, he didn’t deserve all that. Yeah his actions were wrong but on stage, He tried owning up to his actions and Rachel wouldn’t have it. Zach Seen red flags from Rachel and quickly ran.
There is no doubt that editing and production had a huge hand on painting this picture. From beginning to end Rachel was immature, controlling, manipulative, twisting situations, and is far more narcissistic than all of them put together. I am #TeamTino on this one.
I definitely think production gave him a bad edit. Rachel never gave him a chance to apologize. He DID start to apologize many times and she kept cutting him off. At AFR he owned it and apologized. She still never even listened and accepted it.#teamtino

I really did not like her - Rachel - at all. It felt staged or planned. As opposed to other post-engagement breakups, this one felt staged. On top of that, I really did not find her likeable.
Well, it’s clear production isn’t even pretending this is about finding love. Clearly they just select ways to get the most drama out of every episode 🙄 So the best part was how terrific you ladies rocked it! I’m so glad you have a sponsorship you feel good about.
Great recap once again, so much fun.💜 Tino eventhough he messed up big time, it was bashing in circles lol. According to Zach, Rachel tends to switch up on people and i believe him too. She's not that genuine or eay to deal with imo, so i don't trust her story of events either because she's chaotic, demanding and very dramatic. Tino and Rachel are both narcissists imo, same types of people. Lucky for her that Evan came to the rescue and helped her save some face. I'm so very happy for Gabby and she was great on DWTS, Gabby deserves all the love in the world. Rachel needs to work on herself a lot more because i think that she's a spoiled entitled mess.
According to spoilers from Reality Steve, Rachel broke off the engagement and offered Tino to just date, the cheating with kiss happenned after that. If this is true, then producers threw Tino under the bus. This season feels very produced, sabotaging everyone just to get more drama. But at least Gaby got DWTS.
To be honest is he said she said. I believe Tino when he said she was returning the ring mostly because Rachel wasn't crying but angry. So I think there is more to the story and Tino got scapegoated to salvage the mess.
I don't have all the information. But, even if they were just dating, unless they've agreed not to be exclusive, it's still cheating. As for it being produced and both Rachel and Tino being thrown under the bus (even Aven at the end) - totally agree with that! I think Tino and Rachel were both made out to be villains. I actually just listened to Tino's dad on a podcast and he sounded WONDERFUL! So, he def. got a villain edit, too, that seems very undeserved.

Timo and Rachel were at an AirBnB. That's how the spoiler leaked. The neighbors complained about the loudness from their fight and the AirBnB host left a bad review for ABC. Fans found it.
That definitely sounds fake. The neighbors complained in the middle of the day because they were fighting so loudly? They weren’t screaming. There is also no way the owner of that house didn’t have to sign some type of privacy clause so that information about them being there wouldn’t get out before afr.
@@roseyp7047 Then how did people know that this was an AirBnB weeks ago? They didn't name the show. Fans figured it out from the time frame. They used the same house for happy couple visits for the Bachelorette and Bachelor in Paradise. The review was on the AirBnB website before the owner took the house off the site. The Bachelor producer even left a snarky reply to thei host's review. Both Reality Steve and Dave Nealz reported on it before the show aired.

I'm Team Tino. Rachel's behavior was atrocious. She behaved all season like an entitled brat. She's a right fighter, and lacking in the ability to self-reflect. She threw tantrums and only Zach was smart enough to jump ship. Rachel needs major help. Tino dodged a bullet.

If Rachel would have wanted to build a relationship more than to be engaged, she would have picked Aven and saved herself all that trouble with Tino. And now, if she and Aven pursuit anything she then will be doing what Aven wanted to do: build a relationship in the real world without the pressure of having to be engaged in days.
Ewwww...Rachel was so immature and showed no empathy for how he might have felt or the hurtful things she said to him including the fact that she didn't want to wear her ring anymore. As someone who has been married over 20 years sh is gonna need to learn a little grace and forgiveness for the person she supposedly loved or else she'll just be "perfect " and single for the rest of her life.
WOW. I'm a huge fan of this recap but I could not disagree more and I have a whole lot to say. I think that we can all agree that what Tino did was 100% wrong and that Rachel was right to break up with him. He was a bit frenzied, leaving the room repeatedly, and I was really with Rachel for awhile. I mean, if the dude can’t handle a rough patch without kissing someone else, he’s more than likely going to end up in bed with someone when things get more difficult, or even become a serial cheater. The infidelity is unacceptable. THAT SAID, I ended this episode feeling awful for Tino and COMPLETELY OVER RACHEL. The way he was treated by her was maddening. She kept asking him to explain, and accused him of providing no context. So he tried over and over again to contextualize, and EVERY SINGLE TIME the context included a reference to her that wasn’t 100% positive, she shot him down. He said that what he did was horrible and that he was deeply sorry for hurting her, and then he explained that some of her actions and words had hurt him. But NO - you are NOT allowed to say that Rachel did ANYTHING wrong or anything to hurt Tino. That is a cardinal sin. Tino wasn’t making excuses. She asked for an explanation, and the explanation involved his feelings of hurt at some of what had been directed at him by her. Even though she had said earlier in the episode that she was dealing with her own problems ASIDE from their relationship, that they may have caused her to not be as supportive of him as she could be, and that she went to therapy to deal with her issues - she still wasn’t willing to see that perhaps those issues had led her to behave in ways that caused Tino pain and pushed him away. The slightest mention of any of her words or actions being hurtful was met with “You’re putting this on MEEEEEEE????” Oh my god, please grow up. Do you want the explanation? If not, that’s fine. But then stop asking for it and refusing to listen. Do you want to understand him? Or do want him to be solely the sinner and you to be solely the saint? I COMPLETELY understand her hurt and her anger. Completely. Tino was wrong, and he definitely should NOT have said that he shouldn’t have told her. NOT KOOL. I could see Tino’s frustration as he struggled to explain his hurt while being aware of the cameras - which he seemed to be shocked to see in the safe house - and you can see him trying to choose his words SO carefully so as not to say anything that he knew Rachel would view as a betrayal if he said it out loud. But he admitted that he said he shouldn’t have told her because he was afraid that his telling her would mean losing her, which is a very human and vulnerable way to feel. Tino, don’t kiss other people if you do want to lose your fiance. But also, Rachel, don’t bring him on stage pretending that you want an explanation - as if it could possibly change something - when all you seem to want to do is berate him publicly. It was SO frustrating watching him try SO MANY TIMES to explain why he did what he did, only to have her shut him up ANY TIME he presented her in a less-than-flattering light for even a nanosecond. It was clear that she didn’t want the audience to hear certain things, but kept demanding context that could not be provided without the sharing of those things. I was glad when he asked her what she wanted out of this conversation, because I had no idea. She invited him over because she wanted an explanation, but was willing to listen only to an explanation that rendered her completely innocent. I was also disgusted with how the entire audience seemingly sided with her immediately with apparently no nuanced insight whatsoever. She was right to be angry at the cheating. However the treatment of Tino as he tried to do what she requested - explain himself - was horrendous. If you don’t want him because he cheated, that’s beyond justified. Dump him. But don’t say you want to talk to him only to kick him repeatedly when he tries to speak his piece and give his perspective. I went into this season thinking that Rachel was perhaps not quite mature enough for this process, but liking her personality and believing that she seemed like a very sweet woman. I feel a bit differently now. I’m not suggesting that there aren’t wonderful things about her - I have no doubt that there are. But she only hears what she wants to hear. The unwillingness to give credence to the other person's point of view was exactly what she did to Aven when was given a perfectly rational and clear explanation as to why he didn't want to potentially undermine their relationship by rushing into an engagement. He was similarly frustrated at how she just refused to hear him. To be frank, she kind of scares me. Two weeks ago, she gaslighted Zach by suddenly trying to convince him that maybe he was too young to get married - what??? - completely destabilizing him after saying she was falling in love with him. When he told her that he felt like he was seeing a different Rachel in that moment, she returned to the rose ceremony and said he had "questioned her character" which NEVER happened. Then she accused Aven of yelling at her when he literally did NOTHING OF THE SORT, which was a red flag of GIANT proportions. That is a person who could very easily claim verbal abuse where it doesn't exist. This week, she sat there with a straight face and said that Tino was not at all sorry when we literally saw him say it to her face MULTIPLE TIMES ON SCREEN. It was a straight-up lie. Then, when Jesse asked her if she and Tino had communicated at all since their conversation, she had to admit that he'd written her a letter apologizing. So that's ANOTHER time saying sorry and she's STILL claiming that he hasn't said it?? What the hell. I have really tried to like Rachel throughout the season but what I'm seeing more and more is someone's whose recollection of a story can't be depended upon as true. I mean, imagine if she'd come to you crying saying that Aven yelled at her -- and then you actually see the footage of him doing nothing of the kind. Or imagine her saying to you "He cheated on me and he's not even sorry and he keeps putting it ALL ON MEEEE!" -- and then you watched the footage and see Tino apologizing repeatedly and saying "This is not on you Rachel, I own this." She freaks me out with the ease which with she bends the truth, even on national television. How much would she bend it with no cameras?? I think that Tino needs to understand that cheating is not how you deal with hurt. But Rachel needs to do an enormous amount of self-reflection. The way she walked off with Aven with that smirk was like a jilted high schooler. If I were Aven, I’d think long and hard about pursuing something with her. I know that there is a lot of mutual fondness there. But there have been multiple moments this season where she has tried to portray herself as the aggrieved, with zero thought as to how her actions may have played a role in her own negative outcomes. I keep having to remind myself that she is only 26, and I hope that the next several years bring growth and hindsight that allows her to ponder how she might have handled this more maturely.

Hell yeah! Rachel did Tino a huge favor at the end. She gave him a preview of what marriage, or even an engagement or just dating, would be like with her. Aven should have taken notes on this as well. One thing that I don't think enough people are remembering is that Rachel slept with Aven just days before her overnight with Tino. She told all 3 (Tino, Aven & Zach) guys that she was in love or falling in love with them. She certainly wasn't willing to put up with that exact same behavior from Clayton, not that long ago.

I was never a Tino fan but I disagree with you about the way they treated him. I think that it was beyond cruel. He's a person regardless of his flaws and should have been treated better.

@@mmeshke Yes he did! I didn't even like Tino that much. Gave off some angry, jealous boyfriend vibes. He's super competitive and I think he hung around til the end so he could "win". Still, Rachel did him a huge favor in the end, at the Air B&B. She gave him a Technicolor preview of what marriage to her would be like. What kind of threats did they hang over his head to make him come back and be humiliated AGAIN on live TV? We'll never know.

I'm no team Tino or Rachel. What he did was bad. But how she handled it on stage was not good either. I understood the heated situation at the first conversation but since then both had a time to think how they'll address it on the stage. He apologized and she kept saying he didn't. Instead of maybe acknowledging the apology and saying that she hopes he learns from his mistakes in the future and it was just not ment to be between them.🤷♀ From the conversation it didn't seem she was all perfect in this relationship either.

Haha 😂 good call when he said "you started therapy ...you did everything I asked..." He's throwing her under the bus, like she's a total psycho and he cannot be helped but to cheat. His father clearly caused issues. I believe their issues stem from his family which is why they aren't discussing it. And he clearly didn't just kiss a random girl. He had a connection with someone and cheated because he didn't even want to be with Rachel anymore. He could have broken up with her rather than cheat. You missed the part where he yelled at the producers to make her break up with him. I'm not saying Rachel is rainbow and sunshine. If she was a mortal combat character she'd have had complete annihilation of him. I hope the show provides free therapy to all contestants and the NEXT people who apply to be on the show think more about if fame is worth this type of humiliation.
Yes, and Rachel had to pull and unravel bit by bit...Tino's "story" of his "mistake". I certainly don't believe that he just happened to "run into her in a bar"...and that he just "kissed her once". I'll bet that he made a date with her and slept with her...at least once, but probably more. He was totally giving her the narc runaround word salad. She's a princess, but he's a huge problem.

I don't like that they had Tino on there to give Rachel more time to bash him. Yes Tino effed up but to give Rachel more fuel to her bitterness on TV was something I didn't need to see. I hope Rachel can find her perfect man someday. But I feel she was on guard the whole time waiting for something to go wrong again and be like poor me! I've gotta disagree with you about Rachel. Tino was treated horribly by Producers and by Rachel. Rachel comes off as insufferable. It sounds like she basically broke off the engagement and took off her ring and then expected him to be okay with that. He obviously wasn't. Then she gave him another chance and he went back to her and was honest about what happened in the interim. Also, regarding his family: they were reasonably skeptical of the show and were not impressed with Rachel based on what we were shown. Tino knows his family and knows he would have their support if he chose to be in a relationship with Rachel, so I think he was being honest when he told her they'd love her because he did. Throughout the show, Rachel was like a child stomping her feet when things didn't go exactly how she scripted them. She needs to grow up. With everyone fawning over her and her bad behavior, that isn't likely to happen.

A lot of people dragged Tino about "the kiss". And, OH! Clutch the pearls! He was seeing someone before going on the show! The way I figure it, Tino sends in his application to be on the show. He goes through auditions or whatever they put those guys through and finds out, YAY! You're on! So now, he gets a chance to put his pretty, pretty face on national TV. Who knows where it might lead? He no doubt viewed it as a game show/reality show/dating show, whatever. Not much to do with real life. He was one contestant out of about 30. He might not even make it past the first episode or two. Does Rachel, Jesse Palmer, or "the Bachelor Nation" really expect that he was some kind of monk before that?
Also, yes, he kissed that other woman. One kiss. Giving him the benefit of the doubt here. Because remember that Rachel smashed with Aven just days after her overnight with Tino. (at least that's the story the editors put together for us.) Now, remember back just a little bit further. Wasn't that exactly the kind of thing that Rachel and Gabby were hating on Clayton for? There is no doubt that editing and production had a huge hand on painting this picture. From beginning to end Rachel was immature, controlling, manipulative, twisting situations, and is far more narcissistic than all of them put together. I am #TeamTino on this one.

I really did not like her - Rachel - at all. It felt staged or planned. As opposed to other post-engagement breakups, this one felt staged. On top of that, I really did not find her likeable.

Tino eventhough he messed up big time, it was bashing in circles lol. According to Zach, Rachel tends to switch up on people and i believe him too. She's not that genuine or eay to deal with imo, so i don't trust her story of events either because she's chaotic, demanding and very dramatic. Tino and Rachel are both narcissists imo, same types of people. Lucky for her that Evan came to the rescue and helped her save some face. I'm so very happy for Gabby and she was great on DWTS, Gabby deserves all the love in the world. Rachel needs to work on herself a lot more because i think that she's a spoiled entitled mess.

According to spoilers from Reality Steve, Rachel broke off the engagement and offered Tino to just date, the cheating with kiss happenned after that. If this is true, then producers threw Tino under the bus. This season feels very produced, sabotaging everyone just to get more drama. But at least Gaby got DWTS.
To be honest is he said she said. I believe Tino when he said she was returning the ring mostly because Rachel wasn't crying but angry. So I think there is more to the story and Tino got scapegoated to salvage the mess.
I don't have all the information. But, even if they were just dating, unless they've agreed not to be exclusive, it's still cheating. As for it being produced and both Rachel and Tino being thrown under the bus (even Aven at the end) - totally agree with that! I think Tino and Rachel were both made out to be villains. I actually just listened to Tino's dad on a podcast and he sounded WONDERFUL! So, he def. got a villain edit, too, that seems very undeserved.

They used the same house for happy couple visits for the Bachelorette and Bachelor in Paradise. The review was on the AirBnB website before the owner took the house off the site. The Bachelor producer even left a snarky reply to thei host's review. Both Reality Steve and Dave Nealz reported on it before the show aired.

I got so annoyed because I didn't know the spoilers either! I dislike spoilers and it really ruined the episode to have them start with spoilers.
WOW. I'm a huge fan of this recap but I could not disagree more and I have a whole lot to say. I think that we can all agree that what Tino did was 100% wrong and that Rachel was right to break up with him. He was a bit frenzied, leaving the room repeatedly, and I was really with Rachel for awhile. I mean, if the dude can’t handle a rough patch without kissing someone else, he’s more than likely going to end up in bed with someone when things get more difficult, or even become a serial cheater. The infidelity is unacceptable.
THAT SAID, I ended this episode feeling awful for Tino and COMPLETELY OVER RACHEL. The way he was treated by her was maddening. She kept asking him to explain, and accused him of providing no context. So he tried over and over again to contextualize, and EVERY SINGLE TIME the context included a reference to her that wasn’t 100% positive, she shot him down. He said that what he did was horrible and that he was deeply sorry for hurting her, and then he explained that some of her actions and words had hurt him. But NO - you are NOT allowed to say that Rachel did ANYTHING wrong or anything to hurt Tino. That is a cardinal sin. Tino wasn’t making excuses. She asked for an explanation, and the explanation involved his feelings of hurt at some of what had been directed at him by her. Even though she had said earlier in the episode that she was dealing with her own problems ASIDE from their relationship, that they may have caused her to not be as supportive of him as she could be, and that she went to therapy to deal with her issues - she still wasn’t willing to see that perhaps those issues had led her to behave in ways that caused Tino pain and pushed him away. The slightest mention of any of her words or actions being hurtful was met with “You’re putting this on MEEEEEEE????” Oh my god, please grow up. Do you want the explanation? If not, that’s fine. But then stop asking for it and refusing to listen. Do you want to understand him? Or do want him to be solely the sinner and you to be solely the saint?
I COMPLETELY understand her hurt and her anger. Completely. Tino was wrong, and he definitely should NOT have said that he shouldn’t have told her. NOT KOOL. I could see Tino’s frustration as he struggled to explain his hurt while being aware of the cameras - which he seemed to be shocked to see in the safe house - and you can see him trying to choose his words SO carefully so as not to say anything that he knew Rachel would view as a betrayal if he said it out loud. But he admitted that he said he shouldn’t have told her because he was afraid that his telling her would mean losing her, which is a very human and vulnerable way to feel. Tino, don’t kiss other people if you do want to lose your fiance. But also, Rachel, don’t bring him on stage pretending that you want an explanation - as if it could possibly change something - when all you seem to want to do is berate him publicly. It was SO frustrating watching him try SO MANY TIMES to explain why he did what he did, only to have her shut him up ANY TIME he presented her in a less-than-flattering light for even a nanosecond. It was clear that she didn’t want the audience to hear certain things, but kept demanding context that could not be provided without the sharing of those things. I was glad when he asked her what she wanted out of this conversation, because I had no idea. She invited him over because she wanted an explanation, but was willing to listen only to an explanation that rendered her completely innocent.
I was also disgusted with how the entire audience seemingly sided with her immediately with apparently no nuanced insight whatsoever. She was right to be angry at the cheating. However the treatment of Tino as he tried to do what she requested - explain himself - was horrendous. If you don’t want him because he cheated, that’s beyond justified. Dump him. But don’t say you want to talk to him only to kick him repeatedly when he tries to speak his piece and give his perspective.
I went into this season thinking that Rachel was perhaps not quite mature enough for this process, but liking her personality and believing that she seemed like a very sweet woman. I feel a bit differently now. I’m not suggesting that there aren’t wonderful things about her - I have no doubt that there are. But she only hears what she wants to hear. The unwillingness to give credence to the other person's point of view was exactly what she did to Aven when was given a perfectly rational and clear explanation as to why he didn't want to potentially undermine their relationship by rushing into an engagement. He was similarly frustrated at how she just refused to hear him.
To be frank, she kind of scares me. Two weeks ago, she gaslighted Zach by suddenly trying to convince him that maybe he was too young to get married - what??? - completely destabilizing him after saying she was falling in love with him. When he told her that he felt like he was seeing a different Rachel in that moment, she returned to the rose ceremony and said he had "questioned her character" which NEVER happened. Then she accused Aven of yelling at her when he literally did NOTHING OF THE SORT, which was a red flag of GIANT proportions. That is a person who could very easily claim verbal abuse where it doesn't exist. This week, she sat there with a straight face and said that Tino was not at all sorry when we literally saw him say it to her face MULTIPLE TIMES ON SCREEN. It was a straight-up lie. Then, when Jesse asked her if she and Tino had communicated at all since their conversation, she had to admit that he'd written her a letter apologizing. So that's ANOTHER time saying sorry and she's STILL claiming that he hasn't said it?? What the hell. I have really tried to like Rachel throughout the season but what I'm seeing more and more is someone's whose recollection of a story can't be depended upon as true. I mean, imagine if she'd come to you crying saying that Aven yelled at her -- and then you actually see the footage of him doing nothing of the kind. Or imagine her saying to you "He cheated on me and he's not even sorry and he keeps putting it ALL ON MEEEE!" -- and then you watched the footage and see Tino apologizing repeatedly and saying "This is not on you Rachel, I own this." She freaks me out with the ease which with she bends the truth, even on national television. How much would she bend it with no cameras??
I think that Tino needs to understand that cheating is not how you deal with hurt. But Rachel needs to do an enormous amount of self-reflection. The way she walked off with Aven with that smirk was like a jilted high schooler. If I were Aven, I’d think long and hard about pursuing something with her. I know that there is a lot of mutual fondness there. But there have been multiple moments this season where she has tried to portray herself as the aggrieved, with zero thought as to how her actions may have played a role in her own negative outcomes. I keep having to remind myself that she is only 26, and I hope that the next several years bring growth and hindsight that allows her to ponder how she might have handled this more maturely.

One thing that I don't think enough people are remembering is that Rachel slept with Aven just days before her overnight with Tino. She told all 3 (Tino, Aven & Zach) guys that she was in love or falling in love with them. She certainly wasn't willing to put up with that exact same behavior from Clayton, not that long ago.

I'm no team Tino or Rachel. What he did was bad. But how she handled it on stage was not good either. I understood the heated situation at the first conversation but since then both had a time to think how they'll address it on the stage. He apologized and she kept saying he didn't. Instead of maybe acknowledging the apology and saying that she hopes he learns from his mistakes in the future and it was just not ment to be between them.🤷♀ From the conversation it didn't seem she was all perfect in this relationship either.
She handled it very classily on stage. She didn’t air dirty laundry, and she was very assertive and calm.

His father clearly caused issues. I believe their issues stem from his family which is why they aren't discussing it. And he clearly didn't just kiss a random girl. He had a connection with someone and cheated because he didn't even want to be with Rachel anymore. He could have broken up with her rather than cheat.

Yes, and Rachel had to pull and unravel bit by bit...Tino's "story" of his "mistake". I certainly don't believe that he just happened to "run into her in a bar"...and that he just "kissed her once". I'll bet that he made a date with her and slept with her...at least once, but probably more. He was totally giving her the narc runaround word salad. She's a princess, but he's a huge problem.

I’m confused on the oh no not another white dude comment… i thought Zach was really nice and everyone already roots for him! I agree diversity in the show is important but I don’t wanna hate on Zach before he even starts.
Zach isn't just another white guy, but he's also a Ken doll, and the women will probably be a bunch of 23-year-old Barbies. Yuck.
