The three-phase winding of the permanent magnet synchronous motor/PMSM on the market cannot be completely symmetrical, and there will be asymmetry in the phase winding and phase resistance. The asymmetry of the three-phase winding will cause the fundamental current amplitude of the three-phase current to be different, and it will also generate a certain third harmonic current in the motor phase current, which is equivalent to the second harmonic current in the dq coordinate system.
The PMSM model that comes with simulink does not consider the asymmetry of the three-phase winding, so you need to build the corresponding motor model yourself. This motor model package considers the asymmetry of the three-phase winding, so its motor model is closer to the actual motor model.
The system has been completely discretized, which is very close to the experimental effect (if you need to turn off the asymmetry of the three-phase winding, you can directly set the asymmetry parameter of the three-phase winding to 0 in the simulation parameters)
