I listened to it so much I had it memorized! My sibs were talking about it and one found it here on UA-cam. What a refreshing message and memory!

Oh my word! I stole one of these from my dad's car (he had a whole BOX) when I was a kid.
I was a kid with serious depression and was once in the hospital for it. This tape helped me hang on when I felt like I wanted to not be here anymore.

I used to listen to this tape when i was in early grade school. Like, before 4th grade. I found it in my dad’s tape collection. I learned how to use the tape player and listened to this over and over as i fell asleep at night. My dad had this tape because my biological mom left when i was born. I never thought about why he had this tape until later on in my life. I haven’t listened to this tape in 20 years though, at least, but i still have it in my closet full of stuff i can’t get rid of :)

OMG. I woke this morning with Bounce Back in my head. I was like 18 or so when I ordered this. After moving to a new High School during Christmas break of my Senior year (switching between parents), after going to school with the same friends since 2nd grade. It was cool to get this tape and see options!!

I was 7 when I ordered this. When they said it was free, I had to get it for my mom. So I played it over and over again hoping that she would have heard it.

Idea #11 Talk to a doctor. It may be a chemical imbalance and you need anti depressants. You'll take them and realize you've wasted 35 years of your life because everyone kept telling you depression was your own fault.

      (song:)
      "A Doctor's A Man's Best Friend" (from "Dr. Hackenbush")
Written by Bronislaw Kaper, Walter Jurmann, and Gus Kahn
When your nerves start to rock, put your faith in your doc
When you're sick, he will stick to the end
With the possible exception of your mother
      A doctor's a man's best friend
      (Yes, a doctor's a man's best friend)
      A doctor's a man's best friend, oh
      A doctor's a man's best friend
      (A doctor is a man's best friend)
      A doctor is a man's best friend
Right or wrong, wrong or right
Night and day, day and night
On his call you can always depend
With the possible exception of your mother and your father
And your uncles and your brothers
And your nephews and your nieces
And your sisters and your cousins
Whom you number by the dozens
      A doctor is a man's best friend

To be fair I suffer from pretty serious bipolar and have had some serious issues including (redacted. No ones buis) and this helped me a lot it continues to in fact ...and brain chemistry can be helped by drugs and it can also be helped by anything that can give you endorphins and this tape will if you let it
