Look, this is simple. We help Ukraine win its war of independence and don't give up until Ukraine has its country back. It's just like the hostages in Israel. Does anyone believe an Israeli leader would say, "You know what, it's been over a year since the hostages have been taken, maybe we should give up on trying to save them?" Never. Never give up when the truth is on your side.

Some countries emphasize that they have the situation under control with statements such as: "Russia is not escalating". However, their actions tell a different story. Instead of fully committing to transparency and trust-building, they appear to be indirectly accommodating international threats. This applies not only to Russia's military doctrines, but also to extremist ideologies, such as jihadist doctrines, spread by certain Islamic movements.
These doctrines sow fear among neighboring countries and pose an increasing threat. Terrorism is increasingly used as a means of creating destabilization, and nuclear weapons are openly mentioned by some states as a deterrent. This increases unrest and uncertainty in Europe and beyond.
What is most worrying, however, is the lack of a strong and united response from certain political parties and countries. By looking away or sowing division, they undermine not only stability in Europe, but also unity and trust within the so-called Free World. Their passive attitude fails to protect the principles of freedom and security on which this world order is based.
In my view, such parties have lost the trust of their people and allies. They have not remained true to the core values of integrity and cohesion. How can we strive for a strong and united Free World when there are actors who encourage division or refuse to recognize and address fundamental threats?

It's not new, it's not alien, and there is NOTHING special about it. Those, and longer range, much faster ICBMs have been sitting in silos for over six decades now, thousands of them. And they have been tested many many times over that time period. The first US ICBM was tested in 1957.
We also had a missile system, called BMD (Ballistic Missile Defense), including SPRINT, at one point, that could intercept them, routinely, although doing that with multiple reentry vehicles, like these, is prohibitively expensive, and was decommissioned by SALT I, strategic arms limitation talks 1. SPRINT intercepted 29/29 in its final 29 tests, and those were Mach 20 plus RVs, not Mach 10 RVs like these. They were designed, implemented, tested, and fielded to protect Minuteman ICBM sites.
If you want to really be impressed, go search SPRINT missile on YT. From a standing start to the speed these things are traveling in 5 seconds flat.

@@bobtate6812 They almost certainly are not burning once entering the atmosphere, and even if they were, it wouldn't change the trajectory one ounce. Aero loading is basically all of maneuverability, at that point.
And if you look at the video, the paths were vertical, so probably any deviation is done exo, and that ain't what hypersonic means. It means maneuvering in atmosphere, for purposes of intercept evasion. 'Quasi' is the key word there, and probably applied by the Russians, which makes it mean less than nothing.
Which Pentagon general? And detection has literally nothing to do with being powered, or steered, it has more to do with RCS. I SERIOUSLY doubt that those RVs were undetectable. They are metal, covered with ablative.

Guys and gals, THOSE AREN'T HYPERSONIC MISSILES, not by the typiacl military definition. They are hypersonic, in speed, but so is EVERY IRBM and ICBM. From a military standpoint, hypersonic missile means one that is high supersonic, typically Mach 5 up, and maneuverable, and these are not, these are 100% ballistic. You shoot them up, and they fall down, the same way a ceramic ball would fall when thrown, if it were thrown at the right angle, and hard enough.

Time will tell who from these candidates will have the biggest chances. Trzaskowski has an one fundamental disadvantage, namely he similarly like Duda is a man of Tusk and can be not fully independent.😢

Really, 1000 days into your three day war, and you fool bots still make ridiculous statements like that? And guess what, Russia's military capability has been decimated, their economy is in a shambles, and the ONLY thing that is going to allow Russia to come out of this with Ukrainian land is that moron, Trump. About one more year of this and Russia would have been in exactly the same position as the USSR is right now. God, the ignorance.
Meanwhile US military capability has been reduced about 8%. We reduce our military FARRR more through our own stupid leaders than Russia EVER could. In fact, whole sectors of things like ammos production have now been ramped up in the US to over twice, and more than that in Europe. You are falling off a cliff, not winning, and if Putin pisses Trump off, and I'm pretty sure he is absolutely stupid enough to do that, when he COULD actually take a win here, you are going to understand what I am talking about, because Trump is a tantruming child, so PLEASE, piss him off! In that mode, he will make Biden look like he wasn't even paying attention. It might actually be one of the few good things that could come out of his presidency. Keep threatening nukes every other day, that is a bit of a good start. In fact, pop one, and see what happens.

Last time I checked, while back, Russia has 340 medium range non-nuclear ICBM's. So NATO has a choice to make. Listen to highly trained professional soldiers or Ukraine. If we ignore our experts and listen to Ukraine. Who's hands will the blood be on? Zelensky always blames everything except himself.
