Check out ASA as a 3D printing material with triangular infill set to 50%. You can sand and smooth it with acetone so It will have a gloss finish and if you sand it, you won’t see the printer lines. It’s also UV resistant and has a higher warping temperature. I made a fender delete for my 450SS out of it, it’s been going strong for about 5 months now.
Hello, a small note: The contact surfaces between the brake disc and rim must not be painted. Fastening of the screws is not guaranteed because the color is soft. Due to the color, it is not really possible for the brake discs to rest flat and centrally and the heat from the brake disc is no longer passed on to the rim.
