Thats so great to read Lora. That is absolutely terrific! :) Jesus truly is all about mercy, love, grace and forgiveness. The religious people don't preach that. There are too many religious people out there teaching messages of hatred, claiming it to be biblical but truth be known that it is not biblical. Christianity isn't religion. Religion is harming people, Christianity is saving people. The religious people of Jesus' time, the Pharisees, hated Jesus. Just as the religious people of our time hate Christians and hate preaching the Word of God. True love tells people the truth in order to steer people from hell. Once you turn to GOD you don't habitually serve sin any more. God loves everyone that is why he sent Jesus to die on the cross. We as Christians are supposed to go and sin no more and if we do sin we have an advocate with the Father who is just and will forgive us.
