i can't help expecting one of these to be a jump cut compilation of Matt just sat on the sofa watching tv, or in kfc or something. It's not like he isn't allowed a day off!
Always love your attention to dimensions and actual numbers. Im not a motorcycle guy but i do a lot of machining and fabricating and it doesnt matter if its Delbollocks or swingarm vids, I learn new shite everytime I watch your videos. Thanks Matt for this lesson and ALL your lessons. Happy new year from North Carolina, US
Toeing these fat hings in is a a lot of work, and maybe they won't bend exactly the same, working with them being welded on the swingarm and all. How about undoing the old welds , giving it a new hole for the shock and welding them back on? That way you wont be stressing these old welds either.
I can alter the stroke of your KYB shock stroke if you want it done by fitting an internal spacer. I do them all the time for customers
@ nope
Good to have a plan Matt. Shes coming on now.
Every episode just keeps getting better...looking forward to l tomorrow

The original shock has a stronger bottom bearing, just a thought.
No it doesn't. Why did you just make that up?
Matt, but why dont just leave the SWINGING arm and make some spacers for the shock?
Because you're deaf. What did i say in this video? You're a lost cause.
@@thedirtyworkshop i know. I had to rewatch it, english is not my first language, sometimes things get pass me. But you knew that didnt you !
Are the wheels painted/coated on the inside as standard? Or are you doing it just because "why wouldn't you" because you have the time kind of thing?
They're fully painted throughout.
Cant understand why there was no bike start up on the first episode. What kind of bike build is this
Is there a such a thing as a swinging arm bending tree?
