- I walked through the Todoroki Valley in the rain. Todoroki Valley is one of the most unique places in Tokyo, surrounded by greenery.

In my life, I always prefer to live with nature rather than the city. Watching it over and over again, I feel that there is nothing better than nature.❤
I continue watching this video bit for bit every evening because it helps me fall asleep. It's so peaceful and relaxing, and beautiful to watch. I don't know if I'll ever get to experience this in person but at least for now, this is more than fine - it's breathtaking

Thank you for this video. I lived in Tokyo 2001-06 and discovered the Todoroki Valley while riding my scooter along Kampachi-dori from our home near Kaminoge station and my office in Otori. It became my favorite place to cool down during the hot summer months but I never saw it with so much rain.
I love the footage but the sound alone is worth the watch. I put this video on before bed and it helps me falls asleep.

Todoroki is a lovely way to spend an hour on a hot day away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo city. What I loved about your beautiful footage here is that by looking at it, you'd NEVER EVER guess that you were just off the main roads and right in the middle of an actual city. You look far out in a rainforest in Iriomote or something! Fantastic. I love finding all these lovely hidden pockets in cities. Thanks so much for this gorgeous upload. I love you Japan! 💘🗾🌳🌴☔

Lots of birds and some Japanese Squirrels, but they are sheltering from the rain. Also cicadas and other insects during the hot summer.

I can not express how much I love Japan. Everything looks so clean and well kept. This is a beautiful area. Like a rain forest in the middle of a metropolis.
It is most interesting that there is almost no guard rails anywhere, even on the bridges or the narrow parts of the walkways. It adds a sense of freedom to this.

When I think of Tokyo, I think of the city and skyscrapers and a lot of people. This was such a beautiful walk and I imagine this is a great place to go when you need a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Thank you for sharing it with us!
