This is to raise your stem and allow for most handlebars you can get on the bicycle market so you have a huge variety of stem and bars. They offer a badass stem-to-handlebar bracket that mounts on the now 28.5mm higher stem hight and different diameter and mounting. And I have the handlebar pictured and I can recommend it. With stock wires you can only go so far up and this setup is very adjustable and a great feel for riding. Thunder, and eagle pro owner. Have this on my thunder but it would do well on the eagle pro as well as it reduces overall weight and especially rotating weight levered 3 feet from the pivot point at the deck for left and right leaning you really want a feeling as if your just riding the board and the bars are only for slight input and feedback and should barely be used as your board should move you around and you should move the board around and the handle should be a small part of it and this handle really brings the experience home more than just the overall weight reduction.
but if you change to another handlebar you cant fold it and it loses portability
