Many Minnesotans are out in the field hunting birds and prepping for deer season, but how do you prepare for after the harvest? Meadow Kouffeld, natural resources sciences instructor, wildlife biologist and taxidermist, is joining us to talk about ways to preserve and honor your harvest. From photography and decorative tail fans to euro skulls and life size mounts, we'll touch on what the hunter can do to make the most of their harvest from field to finished display.
