The fresh veggies and garden looks fab, well done. Are the chickens easy to care for? OMG I so want a hammock, and a leaf blower haha. What is the machine at 21:00? Is it a mini rotavator? The yurt is lovely.

Dig deeper you can find ancient Bulgarian golden treasure these are everywhere & easy to digg them out in BG. If not you can find oil or atleast free water well.

fyi - for farming purposes, some of the most fertile soil in the world in Dobrudja in north east bulgaria... practically everything grows there as long as it can withstand the winters.
It's so nice seeing you enjoying your life in Bulgaria 😊. There should be a person who works for the land register who is able to put pegs on the borders of your land guys. We had issues with our neighbours in the past and they left us alone at the moment the officials showed where our borders are.
You are doing so great and you all look so happy.
Yes, it certainly something that needs doing! Luckily there aren't any neighbours for a couple of hundred metres, so we can take our time I think.

I would hazard a guess that the fencing actually marks off your border. The broken wall and rubble may have been your neighbour's dwelling of some description! - However, I wish for you that the border does extend out (doubtful), just so that you have more land and space.
Sometimes, these fencings just separate different aspects of your garden - which could be the case for you.
I myself have that type of wired fencing separating the main-house garden from my lower garden. The top-garden was fenced off to separate a major fruit & veg patch. The lower garden was used by the previous owner for recreational purposes.
Every time I watch this Channel - it motivates me to get out there and actually do something with the overgrown shrubs/weeds/trees/plants that just seem to endlessly sprout.
I know he had lots of animals which is why we suspect this. As you can see, we have no immediate neighbours (although I appreciate someone must own that land!). So we will speak with the Kmet and see!

Hi again. that's us in London to go the the Bulgarian Embassy on Tuesday for our child's visa. Hope it doest take to long to come through aaargh haha. Have ur little ones got theirs yet. Light at the end of the tunnel soon phew.
Apparently it takes around 10 days from submission to collection. We are waiting to hear if we can go to Romania instead because we have small children.
Oh Romania! We were told upto 35 working days after dropping ur application in London .Your one sounds easier , but we will let u know how we get on ..hopefully it will be quick fingers crossed.
The best way to find out the true size of your land boundaries is to call out person who’s called geodesic he will come with GPS and pegs and will show you exactly where is what prices very from the size of the property i recently had completed for 2 properties with combined size of 2000 square meters and where i am it cost it us 1250 lv
