Those views are stunning. A volleyball court, a tennis court, a table tennis court, a swimming pool and a wellness center?! Everything one could ever wish for in one's manorial estate, although it would be even better if Danilo stopped by each evening to light a fire during the colder months.. And thank you for showing a picture of the pool and surrounding grounds as they appear in the summer as I was just sat here thinking: "If this place is so beautiful in the middle of winter, imagine what it looks like in the summer." Now I don't have to imagine. You think of everything, Danilo. That kitchen is truly a juxtaposition of rustic antic and clean modern, Oh, and impeccable ensemble I must say.

This was one of those Romolini videos where the camera lingers often on small intimate moments - it really adds to the ambience and overall professional quality so much. Kudos to the cameraman. Danilo is really best when he really loves a property, as he seems to here - and the viewer can feel it come through. He gave his presentation with his usual charm and calm, professional style. Danilo, while one of the apartments you’ve reviewed in Venice or Florence is probably more appropriate for my lifestyle, these country estates are the ones that pull at my heart. I can see the family living there, with extended family in the guest house, all while enjoying the wellness center, pool, and of course the beautiful nature.

Who could ever turn down this property after having seen it. I doubt this will be on the market for long. The views itself sell it, but the home has been done perfectly.
I'm with you, I like seeing the old and new together, it makes it so much more interesting to look at. Plus, the multiple fireplaces make it even more cozy. It would be a dream to own this property.

Hey Danilo, I am not sure I have seen those color patterns together before. I was impressed it was warm and comforting. It felt very inviting to relax. It reminded of the big house in Fl that I showed you once in spainish or mediterranean style. It sold so I can't be the gardener there lol. I enjoyed the video. Stunning place. I am curious as to the taxes for Americans for this price of home. Our taxes in Texas are terrible! A two million dollar property the taxes went up 85 percent to 98000 a year! No more.
