Great “thrifty” haul. I usually spend October-December thrifting in search of vintage Christmas treasures and milk glass however due COVID-19 and the Southern California lockdowns it has been virtually impossible to do so....the treasures will wait until next year, I guess. Boo whooo! 😣 😷👎🏻
I loved the mini ceramic boots. The pink ones would make a cute Valentines Gnome! Do you make Gnomes throughout the seasonal year?
I love doilies. I’d love to use my collection to make a vintage wall hanging one day. I’ve seen some great ideas on Pinterest using a beautiful vintage frame to display them. Your war story is touching Tina. That’s a lot to go through as a young child. Prayers my friend. 🙏🏻💜

Hi Tina...I have been crocheting since 1980 when I was a 411 Telephone Operator...I don't use the thin yarns anymore...but... love making/selling the chunky yarn blankets and scraves. You have lived an interesting life...for sure..
OMGosh, this was so much fun!!!! I love what you got, and yes the floral embellishments in the end of the video were absolutely gorgeous. You dont see those kinda around ever!!!
You can find a lot of things from thrift stores. One mans junk is another mans treasure. When I was young too many years ago my Great Grandmother made lace doilies and put lace borders on pillow cases and they were gorgeous. She tried to teach me but I'm left handed and she was not. Tina you have a great eye for great deals, everything I see you creating something Beautiful and you really scored on the Nativity figures, I love the car door magnet with the dog. I love the surprise you got with the Gnomes, Everything was well worth what you paid, I do wish I learned how to use a sewing machine years ago, my hands have arthritis now and it is hard to hand sew sometimes, I love button's , I use them for embellishments, thank you for sharing Tina I hope you are feeling better

Those first two Candlesticks are just so pretty & you can’t beat that price!! I’ve never heard of Magic Medium before. Have you tried it yet? Sounds very interesting indeed. That picture frame...The possibilities are endless for that. Your little Houses look like they came from a set w/how they look. Too cute!! That fabric is just so pretty & can’t go wrong w/that price. Really love that Green one. Gorgeous colour on that one. The Doilies are just so pretty. Can’t wait to see what you do w/them.
Good Grief...Value Village really isn’t a Value anymore is it? A shame too. That Lantern is so pretty. You’re going to have fun transforming that thing. 😁. The price for that big wooden box planter actually isn’t that bad & you can do all sorts of things w/it all year long too!! That wooden sign....Wow!! Like you said, you can’t get wood like that for that kind of a price. So in love w/that Nativity Scene!!! I have a small collection of Nativity & how unbelievably lucky are you that they were all in one piece & not a one broken!!!! Yes...That was a BIG TIME SCORE!!! 😁😁😁
That Blue & Silver Door thingy....Love that!! Especially the colours, as that Blue is my very favourite colour. That is just so pretty.

I FINALLY STARTED MY UA-cam CHANNEL!!!!!!
I finally decided the time was right & went for it. 😊. There’s not too much over there at the moment. Just a small Video talking about me & what I hope the Channel will become. Just one thing about that...I made it almost a year & a half ago when I was in Toronto for Stars on Ice. Two reasons for that.
First off, I tried & tried & tried to remake the blasted thing over the last year & a half, but it never really turned out, or I just plain out & out hated it. Second, I just really liked how that Introductory Video looked & sounded, so I just decided to go w/it & explain why it’s a wee bit out of date. I mention I’m into the Royals & Royal History &, going from Memory here, how like many around the World we were all still waiting on little Master Archie to be born to Prince Harry & Duchess Meghan.
I HATE that!!! The British/our Royal Family are the only ones to my knowledge that when a new female Member of the Family marries an HRH Prince of the Blood, doesn’t also become HRH Princess Name, then whatever title if there is one. Since I mentioned her....Meghan should be Her Royal Highness Princess Meghan, The Duchess of Sussex. Or Kate for that matter. She should be Her Royal Highness Princess Catherine, The Duchess of Cambridge.
Are they though? Nope!! The fact the other European Royal Families out there have the new female Family Members, if they’re marrying a Prince of the Blood, are granted the full rank & privileges thereunto of a Royal Princess once she says, “Yes...I Do...I Will...Whatever”, but ours doesn’t? Drives me nuts & also another sign of how badly certain things need changing in order for it to survive in the 21st Century. Not mid 20th Century, like it seems to be w/that Family. I still say that was a big part of Harry leaving. He could see how things were done in the other European Royal Families/Houses & it was a far more inclusive way....A far more 21st Century way of doing things let’s say & in turn was punished for it.
It’s so funny in a way, as I’ve always said this when talking to others interested in the Royals or my Family : William is pure Windsor & always has been. Harry OTOH? He is, in more ways than just one, he is truly his Mother’s Son.
I really think if Diana was still w/us, she’d be so beyond proud of Harry & Meghan for doing what they did. I mean....Some of the things they were dealing w/& no help whatsoever from the Palace? Why would they want to stay, right? I mean...They’re still playing Games w/the Sussexes. Do you know what happened a little over a month ago? Harry asked if someone could put a Wreath on the Cenotaph for him during the Remembrance Sunday Service/Ceremony & he was told No. Harry....An Afghanistan Veteran....Was told that could not, would not, be happening. Okay then....
Someone I know very well in the Royal Community, she always goes to pay her Respects at the Cenotaph & also to look at the messages on the various Wreaths laid by the Royals & Govt Officials. Andrew is no longer a Working Member of the Royal Family due to his close friendship w/that slimy, disgusting,.....Evil Personified Jeffery Epstein. So if Harry wasn’t allowed to have a Wreath lain in his Name, then Andrew, a Veteran of the Falkland Islands conflict, also should not have been allowed either, right?
Wrong!! She was telling us it wasn’t w/the other Wreaths that the Members of the Royal Family laid, but off to the side w/the ones by the Commonwealth High Commissioners & Ambassadors group. She said what really shocked her was that it really wasn’t all that well hidden either. Then she got home, got online & saw no one talking about this or anything on the news about it & that really stunned her. Wish I could say that, but sadly I wasn’t. Andrew’s Mommy Favourite after all & the level to which he’s been protected in this mess just sickens & disgusts me.
Anyway....Explain why my Intro’s a wee bit out of date & see what happens? 😄🤣🤣. I was hoping to get one up during the Weekend, but I went through a really bad patch w/what I deal w/Chronically, so that went out the window!! Constant Pain, I can handle that. Sharp stabbing OTOH? That’s different. I’m trying to get the word out to as many I can think of & I’m so excited to have *finally* started the thing!!! 😁😁
On that note....My tunny is demanding food & it is Supper time, so I’d better go & fill the thing. Thanks again for the great haul!! Take Care & Stay Safe!!! 😊

We had a Liquidation World up here in Petawawa and one in Renfrew years ago....about 2 hrs west of Ottawa. They all closed up around 10 - 15 years ago. They were strictly a Liquidator of other stores, they had no brand of their own. I miss them!! 😔😊🇨🇦

Value Village is getting expensive so I prefer the nonprofit shops. The Santa head is made of pewter and is more than likely a Christmas tree decoration. It is similar to the ones my sons received for their first Christmas.

I love these little bags from thrift store but where I'm from they are all closed down from the pandemic 😔
I find Value Village pack the bags on the racks on the hooks and m any times you see some on the ground...I think this is how most items get broken in the bags....But how can you complain for a bag of stuff for 2.99....When you add up the cost of the items originally and tax on each item...you get a great deal. And sometimes even just one item in the bag you really want can make your day. for only 2.99 even if you donate the rest back to VV..... iT IS THE HUNT for treasures in bags I love.....LOL Keep safe Tina...pat

@@TinaKazarian Unfortunately, I don't have a lot of time off, but it is what it is. I'm grateful to have a job and able to work from home. Some have not been so lucky with this pandemic. Going to be a quiet Christmas with my hubby and Bloke :)

I have been checking 1.00 tree stores for the wreath makers. I never did the CALENDER they had out. Everyone out of states were grabbing left and right. Here we never had them. The only craft stores is 150 miles away. We have Walmart and a little in Mardens.
