@@wernertwerkzog9024 I really only did the Sleeping Dogs guides and the first Uncharted game. They take a long time to record and edit and I was off work when I made them and dont really have the time to do them though I wish I did.

The second one in the tunnel, there is a stairway from the street right to the tunnel where the envelope is. Just looking for the footbridge one block away to the east of the night market, there is a small alleyway to the stairs.
