It's her cover. If she wanted to do one more like Paramore, she would have, but this suits her personality better. Hi_ImDaniel Thing is, she turned a rock song into a cheesy pop ballad which sounds quite like "Uhm, you're a nice guy and I'm into you at the moment, but don't ask again tomorrow". I don't mean to insult her, she indeed has musical talent, but let's put it like this: in Germany we say "Griff ins Klo" which, in this case, means as much like it really doesn't fit her voice & style.

The cover has wrong chords and the wrong amount of emotion.& youre right its not her style , however it doesnt mean that she needed to sing it like paramore did just that way she did it wasnt great. There is never an obligation to match the acrobatics and intensity of a song.
