Isnt it a fact that the perception of Innocence or Guilty is just that.. and the rule of law dosnt apply.. its just perceived as that..some times in courts just watching the prosecutor and defense battle it out just to win a case has nothing to do with being innocent or guilty its just to win no matter what just staying with in the edges of the law so that makes me believe its just a perception then the rule of law...
It seems like the Rule of Law no longer applies. I'm just studying for my citizenship tests, and this is very discouraging. The interpretation by these judges does not quite align with my study guide answer: No one is above the law.
