Cutting attachment for Thermomix TM5 and TM6

The long-awaited cutting attachment by Thermomix customers is now on sale!
Its premiere took place on January 4, 2023.
The cutting overlay gives the possibility of slicing and grating in two thicknesses: 1 mm and 3-4 mm.
The set includes 5 elements:
- pin
- overlay container
- cutting disc
- cover with the feeder
- pusher
Before throwing away the overlay box, make sure you have all the elements, because it happened that the customer did not remove the pin from the packaging and threw it away with the box:/
What do I recommend using this cutting attachment for?
Fans of Spanish cuisine can quickly prepare Tortilla de patatas, or potato omelette. This is a very quick and tasty dish based on potatoes, onions and eggs. They can be served as a main course or an appetizer, both hot and cold. The cutting attachment will make it easier to cut potatoes into slices - manually it takes more time and is quite cumbersome.
I recommend apple pie fans to a slightly different dish consisting of shortcrust pastry and thinly sliced ​​apples - apple tart.
On the other hand, fans of Asian cuisine must try the pork stir-fry. The cutting attachment significantly speeds up the cutting of vegetables, which are quite a lot in this dish:
carrot, red onion, red pepper, Chinese cabbage or pak-choy.
The undeniable hit is side 2 of the cutting disc, which allows you to grate: cheese, parmesan cheese, carrots or celery for salads and potatoes for potato pancakes.
