I don't really care about views but this podcast has a high level quality and yet has only 900 views... That's weird, but anyways nice video. You could do a podcast with a self taught programmer.

Thank you! Do you have someone in mind that could be a great guest for the self taught programmer episode? :)

You clearly didn't have a lesson on SEO, yet. If you don't do it, then you get no views. If you tell the truth, the algorithm will not promote you because it is not trained on factual videos getting a lot of views. The vast majority of the videos on UA-cam that get a lot of views have either the hell optimized out of them or they are telling a convenient but false story or they are outright lying. Or they have cats in them (both human and feline versions). That works, too. This one ticks none of those boxes. :-)

Hi, I just found your video from last night,
Let me have an opinion about your content, it is so good. Some to elaborate, i wanna say as i am learning and switching my career in software development at 27, i was struggling to start as this career before but slowly i found your videos are helping me to build more confidence since some people you invited likely discussing the soft skill of being in this job.
I would like to say thank you a lot, in Indonesia it might be have low income as developer for the average. But i hope someday i can get a job from abroad and regathering my resource back.
And with all of my generalists(but not really deep of everything) skills which i have. I started to convinced more to start this career way more seriously.
Ill be right back to your video, and i plan to make some sharing to my educational thing to the worlds in my another channel.
Thanks a lot, hope your content and audience grows more bigger and healthier!

how this video does not have more views? Amazing work!

Why does this not have more views? Because it tells the truth by starting out with "When you come from university... " instead of "So I paid this sleazy company $18k for boot camp...", which means that they have probably not done any SEO on their channel. They are honest. Yes, you have to come from university or college, at least.

Would be better if you guys sat on the same side of the table and the camera on the other. Makes the viewer feel more part of the conversation. See waveform podcast

Hmm, I’m not sure if I like their angle. It looks like they sit a bit awkward to look at eachother and still speak in the mic.
We do have a new table coming, that might help

What does he mean 1000 for studying is 2-3 days ? How much budget he thinks is appropriate for a company to give you for studying. Is he out of his mind ?

There's a wide range of what companies offer. A big study budget is great to attract employees. One of the big reasons I'm with Xebia
