Munarra Centre for Regional Excellence

Located on Yorta Yorta Country in Shepparton, the Munarra Centre for Regional Excellence will be Australia’s first Aboriginal-led pathways-based education campus combining education, culture, the arts and sport.
As the home to the new Munarra Academy, it will deliver culturally responsive programs from the Academy of Sport, Health and Education, the Kaiela Institute, Rumbalara Aboriginal Cooperative and more.
The new centre is expected to open its doors to the community in early 2024.
