One thing i like about India portion. The rice was a lot. I mean seriously huge amount. Here, at Malaysia 🇲🇾, you don't get that much in every portion.
Yes we Indians eat rice a lot especially our south indians 😅 Rice is an emotion for us

That's what I like in India too. Heck even here in the PH 🇵🇭 where rice is the main thing in our meal, it is served in small portions in food stores/stalls. That, is just the sweet spot of amount of rice for me!
The large serving of rice may be suitable for the physical condition & the situation there. In Malaysia, if rice is served like that…it feels like there is a lot of rice left over. The difference there…people can eat with rice & 1 side dish only whereas in other places there may be at least 1 side dish & 1 vegetable.
