An LED as a Rectifier from Alternating to Direct Current.

How, using a bottle-type bicycle dynamo, which is really an alternator, we can move a direct current motor with the help of an LED diode (light-emitting diode), which will only let the current circulate in one direction, that is, it does rectifier functions.
But an LED diode is designed and built as a light source and not as a rectifier, since we run the risk of breaking it and also the current it allows to pass is less than with a rectifier diode.
We will later use the FR307 rectifier diode.

Tengo una consulta, puedo ocupar uno de estos diodos para rectificar la corriente alterna que viene del estator de la moto hacia la luz principal y darle corriente continua, es para colocar un foco led que funciona con corriente continua, muchas gracias

Los led aunque rectifican no están pensados para esa función. Lo mejor es poner un puente rectificador, que incluye 4 diodos.
