In this video, I show the process from start to finish of how to create a dot mandala painting on a 12" wood board. I will show you what type of wood I use, how I find the center, draw guide marks, use guide marks, varnish my painting and more! This video is great for anyone who is ready to take the leap into larger dot mandala paintings. Hmm--how about a different background color? I realize black is the standard, but maybe a deep red background with neutral dots, like black, gray(s) and white?

Have you tried using press and seal to cover the palette? That’s what I use to cover the paint and it helps to prevent it from drying out when you’re not using the paints 🧡🧡🧡

This is awesome! Thank you for sharing! Oh, the way I find the center on not exact circles, I put my mandala dot stencil in the middle and eyeball the edges and in 5 sec or so, I got it. Can't wait for more of your videos! ♥

May I know how long did it takes to dry?
The paint dries as I go. It dries pretty quickly. It took me about 3 hours to paint this and the whole thing was completely dry about an hour or 2 after finishing ❤️
