If you're alive, it's never too late to learn, grow. I'm 73. Some of these insights, perspectives I have learned and practiced in my life Some I have known but ignored or not incorporated in my overall perspective. I'm extremely grateful I discovered this and other channels. I listen every day. Repetition helps incorporate and practice the principles and, for me, has been necessary for actual personal growth and insight. For me, what has been most difficult is getting to know myself and all that entails. It can be very painful, difficult but I can attest the process is well worth it. I focused on others; criticality and cynically analyzing and judging. Turning attention to myself, was and is difficult, especially seeing in myself the characteristics in others that I was most critical of. The point is, it's never too late; today is the first day of the rest of your life

I love the quote “If you nerve heals from what hurt you, I’ll bleed on people who never cut you”. For so long I've struggled to wonder why I've hurt the people around me, including having outbursts at airport staff and store workers. The list goes on, only to discover at 58 years old that my toxic childhood was the course of “my bleeding on people who didn't cut me! Thank you so much for such a powerful quote. My past outburst now has a name “bleeding on someone”🙏🏾
