Thanks for the help man. My Vtek came new and the keys were having a heck of a time turning over in the lock m, until I took your suggestion to turn over in quick succession until it popped.
Crazy how many problems I’ve seen with this safe on UA-cam. That’s why I dont like buying the first version of any product. Hopefully you get this problem solved
Yeah that's terrible. Call them and they will return it. I got a full refund for the safe and accessories. They will try to exchange it but I've seen reports of this happening 3 to 6 months after receiving it
You have to email them because they aren't taking calls. But they will try to exchange it out. I asked for a full refund. The rep there said I was the 3rd one this week that this happened to. How ridiculous lol
Jarrod Charleson wow, that’s crazy. They were trying to push these out so fast, the quality control must’ve gone down the drain. I wrote them and sent a video, so hopefully they respond soon. Thanks and best of luck with the replacement!

And Vaultek doesn’t bother responding I noticed. Mine is stuck too. Dead battery. And with 🔫 inside. Got no access

I just received a VS20-SD and it opened first try with the key; THEN it stopped opening with the key. Makes no sense. 😡💩💩😡🤬
