So what are roman numbers?
It is a set of numbers which was originated in Rome, Europe. It is a combination of Latin alphabets. This system was introduced as it made the pricing system easy for the people of Rome. Now we have a total of seven different letters: I, V, X, L, C, D and M which represent 1, 5, 10, 50, 500, and 1000. The roman numbers are written from the largest letter to smallest and a letter cannot be repeated more than three times in a row.
