Hi Chef! I have been making pasta from scratch for a while now. Your way is almost same as mine. The only difference is I use bareek semolina as a healthier substitute to maida, saada atta to dust and I don't add any oil to the boiling water. Waiting for your gnocci video next!🥰

I exactly followed the same instructions it turned out delicious. I used penne instead of flatten pasta and my son who hated tomato was literally licking the plate. I added cheese to make him eat 😋
I tried this, and now I will eat it twice a week. thanks Sanjyot! Also, please share a recipe for Sun-dried Tomatoes Pesto sauce for Pasta... I don't want to buy it from market anymore. This recipe has given me confidence to try more. Also, I kept it in fridge for two days, but the sauce became really strong and taste changed a bit. So I now prefer to make it fresh everytime.
Nah you should add but very little amount just few drop...other wise you should put it after boiled when you strain it.. boiling without oil and then directly put in sauce is quite ok ...nothing problem just there can be risk of sticking pastas together before the sauce sticks on it

Just a tip. Never add oil to pasta while boiling it. Otherwise the pasta will become slippery and the sauce won't stick to it

Chakuliya is made just like Pasta as you show in this recipe, instead of Maida, wheat flour is used n source is made from dal.
