Amazing as always. Thanks for the display of the 28.
Cheers
For anyone who doesn't know, 3000 yards is slightly over 1.7 miles. That's impressive on its own. With that wind on top of it, that's just crazy
Cheers Brandon
Best Long Range Shooting videos on UA-cam !! No Doubt
Thank you Joe, and best scope review channel back at ya, Cheers and all the best.
I thoroughly enjoy the videos and wonderful teamwork! Thanks for sharing!

He said 27moa of wind…lol that’s more wind than I hold elevation at this stage in my long range pursuit…mark&sam I have to say are the inspiration that got me goin at this…one day I hope to reach half the distances you guys have achieved..thanks so much from a little ol hillbilly from a holler in Ky…matt
Thanks Matt, Cheers and all the best with your pursuits...
Watching this while waiting for my fox to show. I'll pretend my 200 yards is somewhat ELD.
Lol, cheers and best of luck..
I agree with your caption at the end of this video. The rifle performed extremely well, as did the Mark and Sam team. Very impressed and, as always, yes I did enjoy it!
Thanks Jeff, glad you liked, Cheers

Thanks Mark, Cheers
Thanks Mark and Sam, I enjoy your videos...
Thanks Paul, Cheers
I’m extremely impressed with your load getting 3200 FPS with the 195 EOL. I’m getting 3006 FPS, same bullet but 26” barrel, Peterson brass. Awesome shooting and spotting and as always a joy to watch your work. Thank you both.
Thanks Cory, glad you liked, Cheers
That tracks IMO. He’s using a 30” so there is your velocity
Great job Mark and Sam. I love the videos.
Cheers Man, thanks
Great content thanks for sharing
Cheers John
Another great video Mark and Sam .
Thanks again, Will, Cheers
Nice shooting guys. The 28 Nosler is a great round. I have chambered a lot of them the last few years.
Agreed, thanks Loren, Cheers
That wind hasn't let up yet this year for yoy guys. Thanks for the video and cheers!
No sure hasn't, Lol, Cheers
Impressive marksmanship
Thanks Brenno, Cheers
28 Nosler horsepower. Great shooting as always Mark. Judging by the impact sound of those ricochet’s I wouldn’t want to be hit by those either.
Yes still bent steel, glad you liked Otis, cheers and all the best.
Incredible shooting as usual. Cheers
Thanks Man, Cheers
Great show.
Cheers
So good. Cheers
Cheers Walter, thanks
I just bought this caliber in a nosier rifle and I believe I have the same scope your using. Great shooting for the conditions. 👍
Awesome, Cheers
Very nice work...
Cheers

Cheers
Amazing!!!! As always!🇦🇺🇨🇦

Cheers Dave, thanks
I like the drone perspective at the end!!
Cheers Man
You definitely got my sub for this
Cheers
Looks like your shooting from a fog bank to a perfect sun shiny day. Wish we had elevation changes like that here in South Texas!
Smoke and haze, and yes have us and the target up out of it, sure helps, Cheers
Awesome 👏👏
Cheers Man
Just got one of your T-shirts in the mail today. Pretty fast delivery.
Awesome, Cheers
Awesome!!!
Thanks Jerry
Amazing shooting Mark&Sam and that’s a beautiful rifle
Go trucker’s Go
Thanks Jeff, and yes our hearts are with them, Cheers
Wow! just Wow!
Cheers
Like always I love the content
cheers Man
I'm getting 3250 with 81 grains of Retumbo.168 Berger VLDs.The 180s same load at a half minute higher pretty consistently.
1430 yards was dead on.
Cheers
Amazing shooting, sure enjoy your vids, keep up the good work. One question, who makes your barrel's. I need to rebarrel my my remington 264 mag, she was built in 62. And she beginning to wander a might out at 5 and six yards.
Thanks Glenn, Maddco barrel, FYI, all the components listed at the beginning part of the video, Cheers
Great shooting, especially given the amount of wind.
cheers Man, thanks
Incredible
Cheers
Another beauty.
Cheers
Wow, that was some wind, but still a very impressive group.
Yup, glad you liked man, Cheers
At that distance you don't need a back stop you need a landing pad. Phenomenal as always folks
Lol, Cheers
6969.420 yards
Love your videos... Do you ever mess with truing the muzzle velocity or BC? Thanks!
We always tune the apps, yes, Cheers
Even though you missed just over the top a few times they still landed in pretty tight group. It's just amazing how consistent these newer bullets fly. Great shooting as always
Cheers Rory, glad you liked.
I've been wanting to see a 28 Nosler on youtube for some time now! It's a pretty hot cartridge (speed wise) here. I think the barrel life makes it less popular here but it's impressive ballistics seem like it should be a 'shoe in' for ELR shooting. I wonder how the 27 stacks up being it's a necked down 28 Nosler?
Not something we've used, Cheers
Competitive ELR pretty much starts at 338. Ya you can use the smaller stuff but the wind just pushes it around like crazy
I've been warned away from 7mm chamberings for ELR due to lack of splash but you seem to make it work.
Do you find any benefit with the smaller caliber compared to a .30 or .338?
Will do an over view at the end the season, stay tuned, Cheers
Sam was brilliant, as usual. Mark, too.
Thanks Rob, Cheers
Nice Rig,Nice Shooting, Crap wind..
👍
Yep, lol, cheers
So close to 100k subs!
Sort of, probably a year or more on that, lol, Cheers
A 7mm-300norma would be interesting Todd hodnett is playing with one now!
Literally hundreds of options, lol, Cheers
Your buddy Otis C. will enjoy this video!
Already commented, Cheers
Do you prefer single feed as to mag feed because possible damage to the bullet?
That is one of the reasons, we have videos on the subject, Cheers
awesome, gotta ask how do you get all this past WA registry when they wont let you register 2 x 303's? anyway, great video👌
We are licensed Gunsmiths, Cheers
@@markandsamafterwork perfect 👍
Y'all a bunch of left coriolis correctors down there! At least right hand twist barrels are designed for you. :) I take it that you are not lazing these distances. In the US, consumer lasers are not allowed to be strong enough to measure such long ranges. You would need a rangefinder from a tank! Thanks!
Are well, all explained or shown in many recent videos, might worth a look if interested, Cheers
I would like to see after the long range shooting, to do a five shot group at hundred or so yards.
ua-cam.com/video/pxyIWvax3aQ/v-deo.html
Очень настилный и мощный калибр👍👍👍
Agreed, cheers
Hi mark I have a 7 rem that’s starting to get abit long in the throat, I’ve been considering a new barrel in 28 nos, this particular rifle is just for fun shooting steel like yourself, in your opinion is 28 nos worth it over 7mag taking into account the barrel life? respect your opinion and knowledge cheers,
Hi, all depends how you use them, over the last 15 odd years I rarely put more than 300 shots through a ELR rifle barrel, as such haven't got any info on barrel life, so not the person to ask, sorry, Cheers
@@markandsamafterwork
Thanks for the reply, 300 rounds on a barrel would definitely not have much indication of what life they have, I think I’ll just give the 28 a try, should be fun the 7mag has been a fun round to shoot with incredible accuracy, cheers
👍
Do you keep a scope on each rifle or do you swap scopes around rifle to rifle?
ua-cam.com/video/pxyIWvax3aQ/v-deo.html
"The target moved just before it got there". I've used that one too. 🤣 good shooting. Rifle looks really consistent
Cheers
even the misses are good
Thanks Brian
What’s your heart rate like are you squeezing the trigger at the bottom of the beat or top ?
My technique doesn't involve allowing for heart, ua-cam.com/video/BFAg1WGhPC8/v-deo.html
If Western Australia were ever to be invaded they would do well to avoid anywhere near Mark's hill.
Lol, Cheers
That’s long range people 😂😂☝️
Yep, lol, cheers
Nice shooting, nice breeze.......................... Oh well !!
Lol, yep, Cheers
Hey do you guys have an email or a business? The most knowledgeable people I see about shooting. I need some technical help
We have many videos with both shooting and info videos, use the channel search feature to find answers, but sorry we don't have an individual advice option, cheers
Is it me or is there been a lot more wind down there this year?
Yes, windy year
💪👍🏆
Cheers
Further evidence that 7mm is the best caliber for the long range shooter all things considered.
Cheers
Gun is quiet?
Video mics don't work like ears, lol, Cheers
the government is watching please donate 1k to mark and sam.
Lol, Cheers
Bullshit. You are in North Dakota. (going by the wind)
Lol, Cheers
