My 51 year old son was sick, he knew he was going to be at a better place, he wasn’t scared. 3 weeks before he passed he emailed me this song 😢.I.went out to his house to see him he wasn’t answering his phone, I found him kneeling by his bed on a bible and a book on how to pray. He had been gone 5 to 8 days. I am so broken that I didn’t go see him sooner, but honestly I was hoping he was off with friends. Prayers that I can get over the guilt I have. He was the second of 4sons
I can tell one thing, you raised a good man. It takes incredible strength not to fear death. He was strong. Death is beautiful, it allows us to move along and closes the page to the novel we call our lives. Be happy for your son.

I swear this has to be one of the most humbling songs there is. Iv lived past friends, family and even my son. Every day I wake up is a blessing. It makes me grateful I’m still here but also reminds me that my time will eventually come also.
A breath is not guaranteed but death is. Its comforting in a way. As long as you keep the faith and walk in peace, then the earthly problems are transitory. Peace.

Im American but lived in Paris for a while and used to visit a lot. Glad to hear country music is alive and well in my favorite city to visit. I played music at a few pubs a couple times per week when I lived there and still miss it

Just found out about TSW and am absolutely in love with their sound. This song, “Southern Accent,”, and “Changes” are insanely good. There are shades of Lynard, BBS, and Marshall Tucker in their sound. I appreciate the sound quality and musicianship in this group. Who keeps the amp buzz on the master recording today? The Steel Woods do. That’s who. Love this band.

I saw them in Lexington with Cody and had never heard of them and thought who in the hell are these guys....... well the first note that came out of this mans mouth hooked me. They stole the show. Paul Cauthen and Cody were amazing as always but man these guys are good.

Pretty cool. Been a rocket foever, was asked to play in a country band. I liked some country, but just wasn't interested in playing it. I gave them a listen, and they covered " blind lover", and this tune. Got to say, these guys are the kind of good, that anyone, can really enjoy.
