@josephhayange-dc9cj have you improved yourself as person or as a family? Your waiting for the government to tell you to take bath to avoid Hygiene related dieases? Is it that still we want the government to dig pit latrines which our grannies used to dig and avoid unnecessary defecation in space which causes the current typhoid fevers and other related diseases? ,there were NO too much cars or bodabodas but our grannies were healthy enough on the small roads we they had ,they couldn't sell their lands to buy Alcohol as of now, mbu Quality of people ,who is going to improve the quality of you when you can't even bath. The countries your talking about they have very poor people but because they take care of themselves first you can't realise it. In you Uganda ,you throw rubbish as you want not considering about the environment (clean environment is very vital) ,still you want the government to come and tell you that please put that rubbish in a Bin?. Until we change the first Basic needs of Life per household,nothing will change. Education is nothing if you don't have common sense (self encouragement on the first line needs of a human being)
