    What is important that I do not understand the definitions of P, I, N, S. Suppose I have temperature controller, how can I express that?

      Well, these are basically controller parameters and you need some theoretical background to fully understand them. P and I values are gain values that define how strong controller will react to error. S is about the time step of the Simulink model you have created and N is a parameter about filtering characteristics of the controller to noisy signals.
      Maybe you can watch some introductory control system videos on UA-cam. Sorry for the late response.
