There’s a glitch where you can get the noose outfit. Go do the prep missions for the vapid Clique. Before You launch the finale, call your terrorbyte from the interaction menu. The terrorbyte icon will disappear when you start the finale but it’ll still be there and you can go in it and save the outfit.
