The only job, that I can think of, which is unique to each gender is the part that they play in the reproduction process otherwise tell me one job which is really gender specific in nature. Forget efficiency and other related stuffs cause they all come as secondary parameters.
What I mean to say is that there's no rule of nature that says that a woman can't join a SF. Of course to find a woman like that we must not alter the bar of standards of selection processes and let the nature take its course to choose a woman who can really be a part of special forces.

In New Zealand they have something called Special Armed Forces which is similar to this. They opened up to women but not even one woman has passed the requirements.

There is a biological and physical difference between men and women, and Para SF requires extreme abilities, which girls, simply don't have. Jobs are jobs they don't care what your gender is, In this video we are talking about Para SF which demands high stamina , brute strength and according to basic biology (testostrone- men , oestrogen - female) men are more suitable for these kinda jobs "BUT" there are women too who excel in physical capabilities so they can apply for these jobs too and even get into Para SF if they are capable enough.
But in general because of basic biology (testostrone/oestrogen) men are more preferable for these jobs .
So not everything is about gender if you have the capability that the job requires nobody can stop you from getting that job either you're a male or female doesn't matter.

the US army conducted a test where they had 3 groups of tactical forces conduct the same operations. all male, mixed and all female. the finding fo the test were that the all male excelled in every department. the mixed group fell way behind due to the shortcomings of women and the all female group came in last and was unable to complete the assigned tasks.
so my friend. this is not a job for the female gender. if you get caught, you get mercilessly tortured. and you work in some of the harshest terrains ever. women bleed after every 22-28 days and that carries on for 7-10 days where their hormones are out of whack. you cannot have a woman wigging out in the middle of an operation.
