I just had a wonderful synchronicity while listening to this! I had started listening to it while doing something else and wasn't really paying attention, as my mind was elsewhere, so I eventually paused it. During the time period after pausing it I was asking my team (in spirit) for help on accepting the messages I had been getting from them for quite a while concerning my future as they just seemed to be so far out there and i was really wondering if my ego was making them up, or worst of all (to me) I was being tricked by some entity not out for my best interest.
After a couple hours or so I sat back down and was going to go right into meditating but when I picked up my phone and saw this video still paused, something told me to listen for a little longer first. I didn't know it, but I had paused just before Michael and (Oh no, I forgot her name😬) the interviewee started talking about how they had been told by their teams what they would be doing years ago and they had had those same questions but just kept believing and following the path in front of them and everything they had been told had become a reality.
I heard that and I caught my breath and tears popped into my eyes immediately. I realized it was an answer to my own queries.

In fact Germany is not a Baltic country (Estonia, Latvia, Lihtuania are). What I suggest Theo meant by "change starts in the Baltic countries" is the singing revolution in that area between 1987 to 1991. Also we had the Baltic chain ("Chain of Freedom") - a chain of humans holding hands (almost 700 km) and standing for peace, love and independence (at the same time still being a part of the Soviet Union, but having the desire to be free). It culminated with regaining independence in 1991, but without any war. I wish we could bring peace and understanding and cooperation to all the countries in the world today with these same methods.

As you were both speaking about language being unable to encompass our vastness in the future, i was given a message that the language of light will be more widely spoken and understood moving forward as it is multi dimentional and able to cross all space and time. I have always felt we are remembering ancient and future languages we have universally spoken and had no language barrier because of this. When i speak light or soul language to people they may not understand with their minds but they know and connect in a deep way beyond the mind and through the heart and soul.
