Do they have the industry, businesses, commerce, jobs committed to relocate there to make the city viable and enough population base that can afford and want to move there, or are they putting the cart ahead of the horse? Reminds me of some of the planned and empty cities in China.
I wonder whether you would do this in your country, America.....taking random videos of people, including church. That is why you need to appreciate the warmth of Africans and South Americans.

Also, he has no oppositions as opposing him will inevitably lead to punishment, whilst family and those he know tend to be high ranking officials which means money generated by the state goes directly to a small group of people including the president. This is heavily in-contrast to the rest of the population who suffer in poverty whilst this very well should not be the case if it weren't for the president.
