10:00 what a gold nugget! I always wondered about the brrrr strategy and thought it was risky. Own it free and clear cash flows better and then you don’t need so many properties = less management and less stress. However I think it could be a good thing to take out some equity to buy another house depending on the situation, I definitely wouldn’t take out all my equity. I got your book one house at a time and just wanted to see if there was any videos and am so glad I found this !
