I am planning for Powertronics ecu with map set to 11000rpm + fuel x pro + Air filter + ngk spark plug (if necessary) + Resonator(black box) or chamber delete without removing catalytic converter + After market exhaust. Will it still damage engine. If yes will it be drastic or slowly it will effect the long life of engine. If it reduces 10k kms of life it is OK for me. If it's drastic on engine life please let me know. I need your guidance 🙏
hello sorry for the late reply, removing chamber will affect the response when using abrupt throttle, coz you removed the back pressure of your exhaust system. i felt it with my very own experience, i can feel the delay if you dont remap your engine. removing catalytic converter will not damage your engine but the environment.
Bro i have installed full system in my duke 390 bs6 but after it my bike smoothness has decreased as well as its power has also decreased. Can you suggest me some help
Yes bro it is normal to to have that kind of issue since you replaced the exhaust system to full exhaust system. Because the engine is not designed for that modification, it diminishes the desired back pressure of the engine. That is why it losses power. If you want to remain the full system with normal power, you must remap your engine.
@@zedmansuri6299 I’m not expert about remap things, coz I haven’t tried it yet. But you can go to your nearest shop which has a service for remapping or tuning ecu.
