I have the home device, one that looks exactly like Tara's. Ive used it for nearly a year. I have the ideal skin colour and hair colour for it and I dont really see a difference. But i will note there are devices that are much more expensive so it could be a more expensive device may work better.

She's using the RoseSkinCo laser! I have the same one and it's amazing. I'm about halfway done and I barely have any hair. So worth it. I've had it done professionally a few years ago and it didn't work

I’m 35 and I’ve always let fear hold me back. I’ve been told forever that I’m talented and that I have unique skills but the fear of failing has always been debilitating. So this last Saturday I opened up a shop making personalized products and I haven’t gotten any sales yet and I’m totally in my head because this would help pay my insane medical bills. But my husband said the sweetest thing to me he said I’m proud you did it so there won’t be any what ifs and he said he believed in me. So as a 35 year old who has let fear hold her back just do it. Because failing can be you not doing it.
I recently found your channel. I'm a similar age to you. Just over a year ago I was scraping by living at home doing crappy jobs that were affecting my health.
1 month ago I just bought a house with my boyfriend, landed my career and got a dream car. All because I took a risk, ditched the crappy jobs and moved. Yes I had my partner's support but I jumped and it worked out for the best. I'd do it again in a heartbeat. I can still see change in my future and I strongly believe in manifesting your life with positive thinking! Mindset is the most powerful tool you have.
I'm so happy for you being back in Canada. You're radiant! There's just a new sense of peace about you. And you're absolutely right about changing things if you want to. Most of us tend to limit ourselves by thinking, "Oh I couldn't do that ..", but really, we often can. You just have to make the decision to do it, then find a way to make it happen. And it makes me happy seeing that you understand this so early in life. I'm from Kingston, and I moved to Toronto after college to work in TV production. I had a ton of fun, but there are a lot of things I wish I'd done. Before I knew it, I was 35 and nowhere near a serious relationship. I'd always wanted to have kids, and just assumed it would happen eventually. Over the course of that next year, I began to get very ill. February of 2008 was my final day of work. I didn't know it then, but my health was about to get even worse, and my life would become a shadow of what it was before. I'm 49 now. I don't know if I'll ever be able to work again. I ended up being diagnosed with a neuroimmune disease that has me very disabled by fatigue and a million other symptoms. I never could have imagined something like this happening to me, but it did. And it can happen to anyone. So, please keep pushing forward with your adventures and never take a moment for granted. Four years ago I left Toronto for Vancouver because I needed to get away from the stress of the city and the cold of the winter. It's been a dream come true living here, even if my body isn't capable of doing much living. But I have to admit, watching you is making me a tiny bit sentimental for TO! Your view looks quite similar to the one I had in my last apartment. I was a little closer to downtown, I think. I'm excited for you to be entering this new phase of your life, and I'll be sitting back watching and cheering you on. 🍷💕

Tara is living her life! During this pandemic a lot of people have done some soul searching. What's important to them and what things truly matter for their well being. I think being with your family has filled that void for you. Being around people that love you unconditionally, that make you feel secure and safe is so healing. Life goes by too quick and grab those opportunities to have fun, excitement, and explore your dreams. Sometimes we all get used to our surroundings and forget that there are many options for us. Step outside the box, outside the boundaries you set for yourself. Make those dreams reality.
You’re generalizing where you live as all of Canada. Canada is huge and is different from province to province! Here in BC we can buy wine and cider in grocery stores, and we do have the variety pack for white claws!
i live in the same province as her and about 30 mins away (like 3 cities away) and I just got a variety pack today! i think maybe the location shes going to doesnt have it! also yeah we legalized beer and wine to be sold in most grocery stores, i THINK* up to a certain percentage though. i dont know.
yep here in alberta we have 4 flavors (the grapefruit is the one she is missing) we have the variety pack and all 4 flavors in 6pks.

Love this change so much for you! You're so incredibly encouraging! I'm a little bit older than you, but our lives are pretty parallel. I used to think that I should have a family and have my crap together by now, but you know what? What's a number anyways? Just something that makes us feel limited in ourselves. I started watching your channel and vlogs a couple years ago, and especially now with this move and huge change in your life... we should never settle. Never allow ourselves to be held back. I like how you speak about moving to a different place and starting over. You recognize your position in life as a little more privileged but you're still allowing us viewers to feel that it's possible and it's just a way of how you approach it. It doesn't mean that we need a nice apartment or all the money in the world, but it's mostly about the process of doing it. Girl we are in the same boat. I was miserable this year being away from my family and had started a job that wasn’t what I really wanted. I am so blessed that my family really encouraged me to move home. I am now about to start my dream job and got an apartment with my best friend and will be way closer to family. I don’t know who needs to hear this but the best advice my mom gave me before I decided to move was just saying “you aren’t stuck where you are at, if you’re not happy come home life will figure itself out but don’t stay somewhere pretending you’re fine.” Life is way to short and our twenties are definitely the time to make big life changes like this. It’s been so nice watching your vlogs because I relate so much right now! So proud of both of us!

I just have to say that it really IS that easy to root up your life in your twenties! I don’t have near the opportunities that Tara has but me and my best friend just spoke one day of moving to Stockholm and how cool that would be.and just like that I said “you know what? Let’s do it”. Now we’ve been living in Stockholm for about 7 months (yes the pendemic really f:ed a few things up) but honestly I’m so happy. You find new friends, new favorite store and a lovely job! Now I can’t see myself living anywhere else but who knows I might move to London next or somewhere else! Take the leap friends you won’t regret it!

I did this with study abroad. I took the opportunity to study abroad in Spain this past Spring semester and I knew that it was meant to be that way. Picking up and changing life up is so necessary! Im so glad you're doing good Tara! Your videos have been making me so happy

Love what you said about having the power to change our circumstances!! These past few months had me feeling unhappy with my work/living situation and I decided to just go for it and apply to a bunch of jobs in other places. I just accepted an amazing job offer in an entirely new city that I've never been to before, and I'm hopefully going to be moving into my first solo apartment in January!! I never would've imagined I'd be where I'm at today even just 3 months ago! Just goes to show, if you're not happy, you really do have the power to change your whole life just like that

I did the exact thing. Where before I was in a pretty toxic relationship and after being dumped i felt lost and sad and confused. I got the opportunity to take online classes so I packed my bags and left from Florida to New York city.. I couldn't be more happier. I know its for only five months, but im doing what I want, living my life. When I do go back to Florida ill be refreshed and my mind will be at ease 😌 I love your videos because they are pretty relatable. You do you girll..😁

Its so true us Canadians seem to keep it real and truly love eachother and don't use people for fame. So happy your back home. I love Toronto i live in kitchener which is about 40min away. Our health care is good but when you have a surgery go wrong its hard to get a surgeon to fix the problem. I was born with spina bifida and had 7 fusions 1 decompression a 2 inch incert at l5s1 and a 14inch rod to hold it all together. My spine was in half i had no l5s1 and when the surgeon fused both my hips to my spine he f it up and its been 8 years ive been almost bed ridden and cant get one to fix it. Love seeing you so excited to be back home.

I’m 43 and just bought a home with my husband in Copenhagen and having so much fun with renovations. And we’re moving part time to Berlin Post-Corona. Nothing is written in stone and when your kids are 23 and you’re 40+ you will get the urge to do things on your own again. Just don’t think that you will stop being in your 20s just because your are also in your 30s and 40s and so forth. Thank goodness 😅

In Oregon we have liquors stores, we can’t buy liquor at a grocery store, only beer and wine
You can buy the variety packs of white claws in Canada!! I'm in BC and we have grapefruit, black cherry, mango and lime flavours sold separately, in 6-packs or in variety packs 😊

Also, for anyone wondering about the alcohol sales - in Ontario we have the LCBO and the Beer Store, and in some locations also the Wine Rack. Some grocery stores have a mini version of the Wine Rack in them, and some grocery stores have an alcohol aisle in them (typically Zehr’s or Superstore). For the grocery stores that have the alcohol section you have to pay in the specific beer & wine checkout lanes, so that you’re able to show ID if required (the checkouts have a sign saying those purchases can be made here).

There are more than the 3 flavours of White Claw in Canada, here in Vancouver we have the variety packs at both private and government liquor stores. We are 100% behind in the flavour options, but oh well.

For your bedroom, I would put a nightstand on the long wall but pushed up to the window then your bed then another nightstand on the other side of the bed so you are close to the window and your bed wouldn't be taking up so much of the room. Basically like how you had it when you got the mattress just pushed over to the window.
I actually had a "pick up and change your life" moment a couple years ago. I was living in Virginia working out of the basement of my friend's dad's house trying to get funding for an indie game. Living there was terrible, things were really falling apart in the company, and I was absolutely miserable. The only good thing was my freelancing work was starting to pick up. I finally decided I wanted out. I was going to save up to move out, but luckily my parents intervened and my dad flew out to help me move so I could be home for Thanksgiving.

This is the first time I've felt the need to comment on one of your videos. With the subject of picking up and leaving to start your life over somewhere you want, it requires money. I'm 42, I've never had a passport, I've never had the money to be able to do so. I have wanted to travel for years, I just can not afford it. If I can't afford a passport, I definitely can't afford a holiday, lol!
By the way, I love your new apartment! Makes me miss my flat (not so much the neighbours though!) from over a year ago.

Good you corrected yourself. NO it is not easy to just pickup your life and move, or leave or change it. You have privileges that most do not. You could stay at your parents house, to get a new life in your home town. You have the financial freedom to pay for a house in LA and a Toronto Apartment and a job that allows you to work anywhere. Most can't even afford to rent an apartment on their own and work two jobs and live paycheck to paycheck. You live and exception while 95% of the world population lives the rule.
absolutely, what I did is not easy for most people! but as I continued with what I was saying, I just overall wanted to say there are ALWAYS ways to improve the situation you're in if you look for them!! and to take opportunities that come your way, regardless of how scary they may seem! :)

We did the same, two years ago. I hated where I lived, had no good friends, job was ok. So, we applied, got new jobs, moved from SD to MN, and were very lucky to have my Fiancés parents house to live in while they live in Florida (They are snow birds). So we could sell our house, buy a new house, and start new lives. Its very hard and difficult, even with good opportunities, and a well thought out plan. I am happy you are enjoying the change. Everyone does deserve to be happy.

I live in Alberta and you can’t buy alcohol at the grocery stores here yet, just in Ontario as far as I know.
Yup every province is difference. In Newfoundland you can buy beer in corner stores/gas stations :)

In Ohio, they have drive through liquor "barns". There's many coolers on both sides, and you drive thru and a staff member grabs the alcoholic beverages from the coolers.
No hard liquor in the barns though.
