When I start to do the skills when the boss is at 3 turns. At the last turn before Jack should Ult, the boss gets a turn and removes all his debuffs. Am I missing something? Jack needs speed set?

how do you guys do it?? my rhya can't get above 700k and when I tried with julius the best i got was a 500k ult and died right after since i couldn't kill the guy in time
