간단하게 만들 수 있는 재미있는 것들을 편하게 촬영해 가끔씩 올려 보려고 해요~
약간 늦은감이 있지만 동생이 맛이 궁금하다고 해서 같이 만들어 보게 되었어요~
정말 간단한 재료로 만들 수 있어 좋고 재미있는 시간도 되었 던 것 같아요~

It’s bitter if you just add milk but if you add creamer it taste not bitter but a lil bitter and sweet but not too sweet
its rlly good but dont mix too much or it will become hard to put on top

guys, a tip in hand stirring! you have to grab the bowl at a 45 degree angle and whip at a 90 degree angle so the whisk is constantly going in and out the mixture! because you are creating so much turbulence, you can grt the
results much quicker! thats why i can whip the coffee in under 5 minutes and people call me the whisking god haha
I don't do this, but I use a large bowl and a large whisk and it takes me 3-5 minutes

When I made this I only had to stir for like, 5 minutes.

Just count to 100 four times. Trust me, it is done within a few minutes. The beater can make it either too hard or too soft. But with your hand, you can simply adjust the texture as per your liking.
Edit: also take a big bowl and whisk while holding the bowl at a 45° angle. It is really easy.

Thats what I use. I can’t believe people can make this with just a whisk. I wouldn’t even attempt to make this coffee if I didn’t have my electric mixer lmao.

Is dalgona coffee new for koreans??
I’ve been making this almost every day. It’s honestly so quick, I really do prefer a whisk compared to a hand mixer. Takes 5 minutes at most.
I do admit the one thing about Dalgona is that while others go by the 1:1:1 ratio. I go 1:2:1. The coffee I have is somehow too bitter. Tho I honestly like coffee sans sugar..but instant coffee hits differently. :/

Anaya J sugar. You can try the 1:1:1 coffee, sugar and ratio first. I changed mine cause the coffee was really bitter.

For my fellow lazy Americans: 1.) Click on subtitles for English instructions. 2.) Using an electric hand-mixer turned out fine for me. 3.) Try combining it with microwave-steamed milk (you can froth your milk with the hand-mixer as well).

I learned this by watching a video on whipping egg whites till they are fluffy.
Try whipping the mixture side to side without lifting the whisk off the bowel. It creates stronger friction and traps more air inside the mix because there is no time for the mixture to settle down. (Compared to the circular motion)
재료를 섞을때, 위스크를 사발에서 뛰우지 안은체로 좌우로 움직이세요.
(동그라미를 그리면서 사발모양으로 섞으면 더 오래걸려요.)
다른 영상을 보면서 배운건데요, 좌우로 계속 재료를 섞으면, 계속되는 마찰때문에 쉬지않고 금방 많은양의 공기를 머금게 돼서 부피가 올라가요.

Its 1:1 coffee - sugar. It is very sweet
It's bitter sure cause it's coffee but it's definitely way more sweet than bitter.
Ayu Umi I haven’t eaten a spoonful of it but I made the coffee and it definitely is very bitter. I had to add extra sugar and it still didn’t taste good.
@@shezcreative try making it again. I made it 4 times using different tools and different duration of preparation. The consistency of the cream and too much of the cream can easily ruin the balance of the drink. The drink should still taste of coffee which is bitter, but it should also be very sweet since there is so much sugar in it. The taste also depends on type of instant coffee you use.

The tip to whipping it by hand, is to whip it...it honestly took me 5 minutes to create. All you need to do is first stir to combine/blend your ingredients and then tilt your bowl and start whipping it as if you want to make meringue! You incorporate air into the mix to give that light, mousey, airy finish and texture..... Everyone always just stirssssss, you need to WHIP IT

If you like extremely sweetened food, you will probably find this very bitter, but if you stir well the cream with the milk, it gets better 👍🏼
Also, if you have too much cream, you can cover it and put it in the fridge. When you take it out, it will look "separated", but if you whisk it a little bit you will have the foam again
This is my new favorite! The sweetness and bitterness of the daphnia goes together perfectly with the creaminess of milk.

Just did it incredibly easy to do ! And quite good. I used your mom technic and tilt the bowl a little which mafe it easier to whip.
