      You can use Mode 3:Stat if you are using CASIO fx-991 ES Plus, which is allowed in the board exam.

      You can do similar approach to sinusoidal loads, make sure your calculator is in RAD mode.

      oo nga pala sir so bali pwede na magamit kaagad yung summation of Pa^2b/L^2 or yung Pab^2/L^2 salamatp o sir nalinawan na po ako sana po may MDM din po at slope deflection

    Hello the load I am deriving the fem is a trapezoid and it's symmetrical? Is it ok that the Ma and Mb have a difference of 0.25???

      For symmetrical loadings, M_A and M_B should be equal.

      If your loading is in the form y = sin x, your P will then become sin x dx. Make sure your calculator is in RAD mode.

    Ask ko lang po bat both negative yung ginamit po na formula for Ma and Mb sa 1st Problem po, hindi po ba isa lang dapat negative dahil magka counter po sila ng rotation??

      Sa elastic curve mo tingnan ang sign ng moment, wag sa rotation... (+) kapag mag-bend upward, (-) naman kapag mag-bend downward.

    sir. pano po kapag spandrel yung given? example po, 3rd degree spandrel, yung equation po ba nun na gagamitin is y=x^3 mismo?

      Ang equation ay depende sa location ng load relative to your xy-plane. Kailangan matatag foundation mo sa Analytic Geometry para maimplement mo 'to ng maayos.

      Yung origin po is nasa vertex ng Parabola. Treated as coordinate system pa rin where the far left's coordinate is (-5,15) and the origin is at (0,0).

      @@anonymousmoosely908 try to simulate the load. Diba nasa point A siya wherein ang coordinate ay -5 based sa binigay na diagram ni sir. a=x+5
      a=-5+5
      a=0
      Tama kasi if point load lang yan na naka-locate sa support A based sa equation na Pab²/L² , a is practically zero. Now imagine slowly moving towards the end of the load shape. It means it is the appropriate equation for the integral. Parang Integration of Area lang yan where kailangan mo gumawa ng maliit na width (dx) imumiltiply mo sa y pag nabuo is a unit of area.
